This is the closest McDonald’s to my home. With 4 kids we go to mcds more than we should. After several bad experiences there, we avoid this restaurant. We will drive out of our way to go to another. Every now and then we think let’s give it another shot and every time we leave frustrated. Here are SOME things that have happened here. We had a cashier who appeared to be so high on drugs she was unable to take our order. Literally could not comprehend what we were saying. The manager had to come and take the order after several failed attempts. I was shocked that she was not sent home. I guess it opened the opportunity to talk to my kids about the effect of drugs?! Another time we went in for ice cream on a 90plus degree day and the ac was broken. It was sweltering hot. Another time my 8 year old son opened his happy meal nuggets to find out that to reheat them they stuck them back in the fryer. What a mess! You could squeeze them and oil would run down your hand. The manager was embarrassed at this one and did replace them and offered the kids dessert. Our order is constantly messed up and usually the managers are rude and don’t care. Yesterday, in a rush we braved this mcds again. Our order took a very long time to come out. We realized the fried we ordered for him were missed. Not on the receipt. So we happily went to counter to order more. It took 9 minutes to get the 1 order of med. fries. There was a little boy that came in with his burger. I am not sure what was wrong, but the manager refused to trade it out. She was very rude and the poor kid couldn’t have been more than 10. She told him unless something was actually wrong with the burger that she would not replace it. The dad came in and she was even more rude to him. There was an argument that broke out. I think I am officially done “trying” to give this mcds a chance. It is dirty. I have to wipe the tables down with the wipes in the play area. The people are rude and every time the order is messed up. My first job was working for Jim Boselli at McDonald’s on 100th and wadsworth. I was 15 years old and worked here for a couple of years. The restaurant was clean and we were expected to treat people with respect. He had high standards. It seems that the standards have dropped. I am so...
Read moreVery slow/no service. I ordered and paid via kiosk, took a table number and waited for my double cheeseburger and large iced coffee to be delivered. I waited over 10 min (the restaurant was big but not busy). I finally went to ask about my order and they pointed to a bag with my number on it with no drink. Someone said they would make my drink. I went back to my table and unwrapped my very cold sandwich to find that it was a regular cheeseburger not the double I had ordered. I went back to the counter to show them that I had received the wrong sandwich, but it took me at least 3-4 minutes to get anyone's attention; still no drink. Someone found a double cheeseburger and gave it to me. I went back to my seat, still no iced coffee. Finally, I got back up and found my drink sitting on the counter. Meals that are ordered for dine in service are supposed to be delivered to tables; that's why you put a numbered table tent on your table. Would you like to hear about the women's restroom? I don't think you do; it was disgusting. Flushing mechanism on the only toilet in service was broken, toilet paper not placed in dispenser, no paper towels, no soap in soap dispenser just an open bottle of liquid soap sitting on the sink. Sinks probably had not been cleaned in 3 days. This is the worst McDonald's I've been to in...
Read moreUPDATE BELOW Rarely, if EVER, do they get an order correct, we always seem to be missing something or that something wasn’t made correctly. Not much else to say other than that. Oh and they treat their sauces like they are made of diamonds, gives me 2 sauces for 20 nuggets when we are always sharing the nuggets in our house, and when we ask for extra they say they have to charge, when Chick-fil-A basically will make it rain sauces to you.
UPDATE: We went today because we needed lunch and we ordered 7 items. My dad had to go back inside because they forgot 2 items. After checking the bags again before leaving we get home and open everything up and discover that my brothers chicken sandwich is missing tomato, when he did not ask for it without, and my mom and I both ordered a Bacon McDouble and when we unwrapped them: ONE had bacon and the other DID NOT. How could they receive an order for two of the same exact sandwich and put bacon on one and not the other? And they both had onions on them despite asking for no onion. This is literally the worst place you could ever go unless you want missing food and wrong orders - and I’m comparing that to the Taco Bell directly next door because that one sucks too. But somehow this McDonald’s has managed to top...
