I ordered waters and the lady informed me I couldnāt have any Trents cups because they were out and they were low on Ventiās. I said thatās fine, Iāll just need more of the grandes then because itās to fill up our water bottles. Keep in mind itās 90 degrees outside. She then asks me if I wanted ice..yes I would like ice in my ice water. Pull up to the window and was presented with 3 Ventiās and 2 Grandeās. Look I donāt care that you were out of the size I wanted, I donāt care that I wasnāt offered a drink carrier for the extra cups I now have. I care that after I explained that it was for our water bottles that her response was āwell donāt you have water at homeā yeah, sure I do but as you can see Iām not at home and itās also not like I was ordering 20 cups. Itās unfortunate that reusable water bottles arenāt allowed due to the COVID restrictions, but taking that out in customers is NOT OKAY nor will it be tolerated by me. If you were able to take my water bottles, you would see that 3-40oz bottles takes a lot of water, which gets refilled throughout the day as Iām sure her cup does while working. This worker was unnecessarily mean and sarcastic for no reason. People like this should not work in the drive thru or learn to keep the unprofessional...

I felt like a prisoner b/c I had no way to just leave, after waiting too long! Once up to the window, my 3 drinks were still not ready. I complained to the person at the window, only to have them become combative/argumentative with me! āSir, obviously weāre really busy, so I donāt know what to tell you.ā Now read that again, this time in the most disrespectful manner, complete with hand movements and eye rolling/dirty looks. This was infuriating. I do not care for excuses. I do not care about how busy you are (especially after being treated as I was). I was embarrassed in front of my children for being chastised by some employee. If I could give zero, or negative stars, be sure I would. In addition, this was not the first visit to this location - and I shouldāve learned from the previous ones that this location is the worst and slowest. Sorry, donāt like to give huge, negative reviews - but Iād be remiss if I didnāt explain my full experience & give others the caveat for visiting this...

She has no customer service and does not care about the customers wanting to know more information about the drink menu. So much for a helpful barista I will not return to this location and I will make sure I talk to the area manager about her spelling out her name and thinking it was a joke to give her name in a laughing matter when I am a paying customer. Iām complaining to the company for her absolutely awful customer care and service. I did not get to order anything because she refused to help me with my drink order at the window to pay telling me I had to get in line again to look at the menu and reorder. Please help her learn from her actions by not allowing her to treat your customers like they are not worth a cup of Starbucks coffee. I will gladly stop supporting this location while...
