Went here at least 2 months ago, to order this Beast sandwich and what these TWO individuals tried to sell me was a complete and utter shame. ( As though I couldn't tell the difference). The sandwich looked as though it had been sat on. Then they tried to argue with me about the appearance of the sandwich. Having my 18 year old daughter with me, thinking she was a small child, because of how she looks. I told her to go get my phone so I could take a picture of it, so they threw it away knowing they were trying to scheme and cheat me to pay for something other than what I asked for. When I REFUSED to pay for that MESS, they tried to refuse to make my daughter her order. ( I could have left, but my daughter wanted what she asked for and she was going to get it). After letting them know she's not a minor but an adult, and her testimony in a lawsuit will work just fine, they hands start singing a new sandwich making song. So today, I went there to get my daughter a sandwich, and before I walked in the door they realized who I was. Before they even started on making my daughter's food, these two lowdown, no good-in-them, scheming individuals tried to get me to pay for something they hadn't even starting making before the cheese hit the bread. Just in case they purposely did the food wrong, they'll already have the money. You TWO RACIST BIGOTS needs to STOP thinking BLK people are stupid. You BOTH are two lying, cheating, scheming people. You both have the MOST deplorable, nastiest, unpleasant demeanor and unprofessional behavior individuals can have. Most of the time, your food doesn't look right, the vegetables looks old ESPECIALLY the lettuce, you cross contaminants the food and the countertop is unclean. And you BOTH have TERRIBLE habit of not giving customers of Color what they ask for. Any customer DOES NOT have to pay before their food is fixed and served CORRECTLY. Read moreGot around $40 worth of food, then realized my one year old was out of water. Asked if I could get a cup of water for her and the old guy refused, telling me the green cups aren't for water. I didn't say anything about the green cups so I thought maybe he misunderstood me. I repeated that I just needed a cup of water for my child. He kept saying they didn't have any cups for water and started talking about his boss counting cups. I told him I didn't care about any of that, if he needed to ring up a soda for the cup, then charge me, but that I NEEDED a cup of water for my child. I absolutely remained polite despite being rather pissed yet somehow he still seemed to have an issue when he was ringing me up and I paid for it. Complete trash move. Yet she was talking to other customers laughing and seemingly not paying attention to making orders. The reason I order online is to ensure I can get bsck to my child in time. Not only did said employee not seem to care about my time. She also started to make the order wrong, and then after I watch her and correct her. The order is STILL wrong. I will not be taking my business to this establishment again. Although I know management or subway won't comment or even follow up as big business don't care about customers, I needed to let people know how incompetent the employees are and that they won't respect your time and order....
