McDonald's — Restaurant in Northvale

I visit this Mc Donalds frequently. The experience today was more amazing than usual. Always great service. Always FRESH food. Fries are always amazing - and thats so important. Today, I was greeted by Asia taking my Drive Thru order. She was so pleasant - almost felt like she was smiling thru the Drive Thru speaker. When I got to the window to pay, she greeted me, smiled, reviewed my entire order and took my payment. I actually acknowledged how pleasant she was and how happy she appeared to be at work. That is not very common in the restaurant industry. I asked her name, and her managers name because I wanted to make sure I paid the compliment forward. I called after my lunch and spoke with Wilma - she was so gracious and appreciative of the compliments. I told her that Asia was type of employee who would be a great shit leader because her energy, smile and pleasant attitude would pass along to the staff. Stopped here on my way back to NY and have NEVER been so disappointed and insulted in a fast food location. Rude and disrespectful Latino employees who are aggressive and insolent. I walked in to place my order and the woman screams at me inquiring about whether I paid for the soda that was in my hand. Well there’s a straw in the cup and it’s fillled to the top I was drinking it. Prior to this incident I placed an order on the drive thru line SHE gave me the soda with MY ORIGINAL ORDER!!! Then as we all know kids will want something else from McD’s so I jump out my car at the front door and run in to order three cookies.. you know what KEEP your minimum wage workers and your cookies. Northvale is too affluent to have to deal with nasty attitude and an uneducated workforce serving the community!! And yes I’m a African American woman so this is NO BUENO...

NOT 24 HOURS!!! I placed an order through the app and pulled up to the drive-thru, no answer. I pull up to the first window and find three workers just staring at me through the window, they made no attempt to talk to me. I tried waving and one of the spanish males just x’ed his arms and walked away, I then pulled up my phone to show I had an order that was already made AND PAYED, the old spanish lady does the same as the other dude did, I tried mentioning what about my money she then shrugs and waves me off. She then proceeds to blast Spanish music. Why list it as a 24 hour spot if your employees refuse to work those hours, they were rude and unprofessional, literally all they had to do was speak to me like a human being.
