Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Northville Charter Township

!NOT REALLY A FIVE STAR, ONLY 2 STARS BARELY! I only gave it 5 so this would be seen. The two stars are only because the people are at least polite that ive interacted with and the food has no issues. The problem is delivery. I work 5 minutes down the road and the average time for delivery is around 40 minutes. I order at 11:15 and my lunch is at 11:30 and i didnt even receive it before my lunch was over today. Normally i get it with a few minutes left and i have to hurry and eat my food but i at least get it so ive never complained, but today was ridiculous. They always say they are under staffed and thats the cause of the delay but it seems pretty regular and on different days of the week. I dont really blame the drivers but when you get out of your car and it reeks like weed i feel it might be a factor. I called and i finally got an offer for a free sub that couldnt be used for deliver but it seemed as though the manager didnt know what to do to make this up. Jimmy John’s on traditions Drive is the best Jimmy John’s in Michigan! I frequent this place whenever I get the chance, and it’s usually after I gas up at Costco down the road. After I gas up, I park in Costco‘s lot and place an order through the Jimmy John’s app. My order is always ready by the time I get to the drive thorough a few minutes later, and it has been years since they have gotten my order wrong.

I don’t typically make a fuss, but this is the second time I’ve experienced this issue. There’s a larger gentleman who works here, and every time I walk in, he seems to have an attitude with me. I honestly don’t think I’ve been difficult, especially since the other employees are always so pleasant. It’s just not like this at other locations I visit. I’ve lived in Northville for about 30 years with my husband, so I’m familiar with the area and the people.
