Consistently make mobile and regular orders incorrect; have had to wait several times to have order remade correctly.
Frequently don't update out of stock items for mobile order; items that were mobile ordered aren't actually available in the store. Have arrived multiple times to pickup order and some ordered items are missing without being notified. Have to stand in line to receive refund for items that were paid for through mobile order that we're not actually available in the store. Defeats the purpose of mobile ordering.

I did notice a man that was working there did say something to the lady that was making orders (obviously he told her to make the folks order before mine) when the lady called their name for the drinks she looked at me as she gave each drink to them. I get you have favorites but it is bad business. Maybe you should ask "may I make these folks drinks before yours". Common courtesy. Read moreThis is my favorite Starbucks in the area. Despite a downtown location in Northville, there is always parking outside. The store itself can get really busy but I have never waited very long for a drink.
The staff didn't have a food item I ordered one time and they gave me a $4 gift card AND let me upgrade to a more expensive item. The staff is always friendly.
