The wooden place structure is showing its age, and having rough spots here and there. Otherwise for the small size playground it is, it has a nice family friendly atmosphere. It only has one swing for babies and one for everybody else. There are huge divots beneath them both, as they are so heavily used. So you have to lift younger children on to the everyone you swing, just to have them be able to use it. There are many steps throughout the wooden structure facility so little ones can very easily trip and bang into a hard corner. I found with constant vigilant surveillance so we could still have a good time and enjoy the park. Another perk to the area here, is the voicemails historical village right next door. A nice tree covered shaded path to enjoy a stroll, but without the bustle of...

The park is great. It's showing it's age a bit but still sturdy and fun. Wish there was more swings, there's one regular swing and one toddler/baby swing. Nice big field that had some volleyballers on it and a baseball field. So many people there, it was great. But the parking lot was pretty full. Right near Mill Race Historical Village. Several benches for adults to sit. There's two port-a-potties. The one I used was filthy. Like something in the back alley of a dive bar or after a 5 day festival with no upkeep. There was toilet paper though, so that was cool. Fun times to be had, just bring your own bucket to do your...

Parking as you get later in the day is always very tight at this park.

It has a baseball field and some picnic tables, as well as a playground, benches overlooking the creek, and a walking path. A couple of portable restrooms as well. Short loop there to walk but you can climb the stairs and walk through to downtown Northville and add a bit more to your steps or grab a bite to eat or a drink.

Overall great location if you are around at the right time and very walkable to restaurants nearby if you just want to get on your...

Ford Field has a great open softball field with plenty of space for kids to play. The playground will make any child feel like a queen or king in the fairytale designed structure. The only downside to this is it looks old and made of wood, so some people might get splinters. The river running through it is nice to listen to and relax on a bench near by.

Beautiful park with a big playground, an old-time village with a river and lots of paths for walking. I've taken my daughter here time and time again and we never are bored of it. There is a port-a-potty by the playground. Great fun for kids to explore the old buildings, throw rocks in the river, and play in the open fields and playground.

Great park!! Large walking, jogging trail or push the kids stroller around it. I took the kids here weekly when they were smaller. They loved the park to play at and we watched a few baseball games here too. A walk along the stream is beautiful, you can stop along the way to sit on the benches and watch the ducks swim along.
