Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Norton Shores

First and last time coming here. Denisia I think was our servers name she was the only reason we stayed to eat her positive attitude and great sense of humor honestly is the only reason we stay. First off, our drinks were brought out one at a time. And they didn't even get the right drink from the bar. The bartender got a whiskey Coke wrong, which is the most simplest drink on the planet. It's 2 ingredients. He brought my water out right? Which is normally supposed to come first? And it wasn't even our server that brought it out because she's been running ragged. Then we got our food Started eating our food forgetting, we had an appetizer. Then we got our appetizer that we asked to be had first, and then our food be put in when we got our appetizer. The food was okay, not cooked to order. So that turned us off of our meal. So we ate the appetizer. Then finally, my friend's water came out that she asked for 40 minutes ago again. Wasn't our server, but it was the same person that dropped every single drink off the entire night. This restaurant has no organization and clearly no leadership because that was just a joke. My experience was terrible. When we walked in the door there was no one to greet us. There was no sign saying we had to wait for someone to seat us so we went and sat at a nice table that was warm and was next to the outside windows. Finally someone came to our table and told us we had to move. I said no. Then she ordered us to move. Ordering a customer to move because she said she has to select the table for me and my family after I and my family was comfortable sitting at the table we chose since there was nobody at the front to seat us is not the way to do business. I told her I was going to take my $100 or more of business to another restaurant and she could care less so we left and went to Applebee's where they appreciated our business and we could sit where we wanted to. Nobody is going to tell me where I can sit in a restaurant I am going to spend a lot of money in. There are too many other restaurants in this city that want my business so why should we settle on one that wants to treat us so poorly. That is probably why there business is slow. Visited on Sunday May 28 at approximately 6pm. Service was very bad. Wait time for food was extremely long. Most of the time we were there, no servers were on the floor. They take your order and disappear. But while you are trying to decide what you want, they come every 90 seconds. My elderly father dropped his fork. We asked two servers for another fork and were ignored. Then my father asked another server who reached over to a serving station and got him a fork. Had I known that was where they kept the forks, I would have gotten one myself. I ordered fajitas. They arrived without the lime wedge and I waited 10 minutes for lime. The black beans looked very foul. You could not see any beans. Just black murky liquid. To make matters worse, they was cold. Tortillas were in rolled up foil. Some had crispy edges and all were wrinkled and needed to be flattened out before I could add filling. Why doesn't Chili's use Tortilla warmers? My sister's steak was charred. Took some time to get the waitress back over to get more. We had to wait for small plates for our appetizer because the server had to wait for them to be washed. Do...
