Sandwich was wrong and didn't taste fresh. I can tell you something on the Sandwich tasted like it was not stored in correct temperature or left out too long but here's the response I received basically calling me a liar when u told them the sandwich didn't taste right. I know what a fresh Jimmy John's sandwich tastes like and that wasn't it. Nothing was offered to me except for a "Thanks for your feedback." ... haven't ordered there since.
I am sorry to hear that we missed those key items on your order today. Our staff works hard to provide accurate and fast service but sometimes when we are training new staff we might miss certain things. I also want to reassure you all our veggies are sliced daily to ensure freshness. As well we dispose of certain veggies each night to ensure this even further. Read moreWell this is embarrassing! I've only been to this location twice and both times resulted in them taking money incorrectly. First experience was two people in the car each making separate orders. When we pulled up to the window, we weren't told how much order #1 was so we just handed the first credit card and said it was for the first order. Then we repeated the same steps for the second order. Neither of us realized what happened until we got home and saw we were both charged for both meals. Meaning we paid double for our food. The second offence happened today, this time with cash. Total due was $11.31. I handed over $20.31 and received $8 back. Guess people here aren't a fan of math and are more than okay with stealing. Read moreRather much enjoy Jimmy John's. Today though, the young man working the drive thru was rude on the mic and at the window. Side note: If you're going to wear a mask, wear it properly. If you're not going to wear one, then don't. Not sure JJ's policy on this. Specifically asked for a #1 with out tomatoes. Got tomatoes on the sandwich still. I don't think this would have happened if the other four younger employees had actually been paying attention, instead of talking none stop. Even with the drive thru window closed, I could hear them talking from my car. Not that talking at work is a no go, just pay attention and focus on what you're doing.
