I was in McDonalds's on Norton Ave in Muskegon Michigan this morning. I ordered a #2 add extra hash brown and large Orange Juice. The person at the counter taking my order was new. She had many many questions. She then gave me a total of $10.25. I new this wasn't correct. But, she is new and still training. So, I wated to talk with someone who could correct my order. I waited patiently, then talked with a "team leader" to get it correct. This gentleman asked what I ordered. I repeated my Order, "#2 with additional Hash Brown and a LG Orange Juice". He stood there like a deer cought in headlights. He then started asking me lots and lots of questions like the new person did. I finally said, "This is pretty simple". "#2 (self explanatory) add Hash Brown Lg O.J.". The person finally corrected the order and threw my order at me and rudely stated, "She New". As a customer, I was beside myself. If I had the nerve to talk to a customer in that matter my cereer would be over in an instant. This is not the 1st time I have experienced bad, rude, poor customer care at this McDonald's. But it very well may be the last.

Read moreThis Mcdonald's has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Absolutely and outright rude, disrespectful and rips you off by not getting what you ordered, payed for. When asked to correct mistakes they promise to send you 'coupons' but you will never see them. I don't know how their hiring process works, but evidently they need to rethink the way things are ran there. I understand it is a fast food place, and it is a Mcdonald's, but, I have never encountered people working in customer service that bad. Today, is the last day we will be going there, due to what happened through the drive-thru when my husband got out of work. He ordered something off the menu that I guess is no longer available, he did not know this, and the girl taking the order abruptly cut him off and told him snotty, "We don't serve that here anymore, you need to read the menu." Uncalled for. They need to hire a different manager and fire everyone there. Absolutely, rude. Read moreThere’s a manager there that is always rude and has no customer service, i finally complained about her & got 2 free meals that lady was super nice & is always friendly when I go in, I wish I knew her name ( her name tag is always covered) but the one manager found out i complained & now she’s even more rude to me & didn’t even reach out to give me my food she made me reach out to get it and didn’t give me barbecue sauce or straws for my drinks. She looks Hispanic but she could be mixed, was told that she had been going through a lot, but for 2 years and if so your problems stay at home. I’ve seen her on Apple McDonald’s and she’s rude there as well and I think she’s just picks who to be nice to and she obviously hates me & my kids, she does the same to them when they go in. There’s other workers that have no customer service and act like you are bothering them. With the price increase you expect your food to be right and it’s hit or miss with them.
