Arby's ( Norwalk, OH ) — Restaurant in Norwalk

Hey Good Afternoon, so I typically don’t do this review thing, it’s very time consuming; however, in certain situations some people deserve recognition for great actions and I’m a believer in that. A few weeks ago I went through the drive through and the nicest girl I’ve ever heard in any drive through greeted me, she was so incredibly nice and respectful. It was almost as if we were having a nice competition the way her and I were communicating back and forth lol. “Thank you, your welcome” multiple times it was just a great experience. Having said that now I just go through the drive through to hear her voice and each time she’s just as nice as the last! I’ve been 5 times now lol and I don’t even like Arby’s that much tbh so it’s all because of her politeness and appealing character. Anyways I really don’t know her name, but she typically works the drive through on Tuesday’s at about 2-3pm is when I usually go, she’s a lovely blonde hair lady and I believe she works the fry station as well as the drive through. Anyways I just wanted to make sure you guys would give her a little recognition for her politeness and being incredibly professional. I hope you guys can find out who she is and give her praise. Anyways...

Saddened by tonight’s experience. The performance of this Arby’s has always been lackluster, but tonight it was simply unacceptable.

I ordered two steakhouse garlic ribeye meals, large with curly fries and three kids meals.

The result:

1. Large Steakhouse Garlic Ribeye meal - medium fry instead of large.
2. Large Steakhouse Garlic Ribeye meal - medium fry instead of large and a missing drink as well.
3. Kids meal - missing curly fries and 3 nuggets instead of 4
4. Kids meal - missing curly fries
5. Kids meal - missing curly fries and nuggets both. No meal, just a bag with an apple juice and a couple of sauces.

I rarely order from this Arby’s because issues here like this are all too common. But this time it was just too much. I won’t be returning to this location and I urge others to STAY AWAY unless you also want to spend $45 and only get $20 worth of your food.

Guess it’s my fault though, knowing their service history I should have done their job for them and checked to make sure the orders were correct before driving off. Nevermind the fact that all of the food was cold as ice. What an absolutely pathetic excuse...

I stopped in Arby's this evening, they were very busy, it was dinner time but busy shows good food. The staff looked like a well oiled machine preparing both the drive thru and dine in orders and I could hear them making sure the orders were correct. I had just gotten new Arby's coupons in the mail and since I had plenty of coupons I offered them to the girl next to me. She said she already paid and was just waiting for her food. I showed the coupons to the cashier and asked if any of the coupons were for what the girl had ordered and she said yes, the big chicken meal. I asked her if she would be able to give the girl the difference she had already paid for and she said she would have to speak to the manager. She came right back and said she could credit the girls card that she used to pay for her order and that saved the girl $5.00. The girl thanked me and I told her that's enough for almost 2 gallons of gas.

The staff worked well together taking care of orders and the food was hot and delicious. P.S. The new paint job and the cleanliness of the restaurant...
