Burger King — Restaurant in Norwalk

Went to get breakfast and since the order taker was too busy talking to someone else evidently and couldn't get my order right!! Told her twice I wanted 2 of the ham croissant meals no egg both medium with cokes and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit also medium with a coke. Got to the pay window and FYI that lady is always friendly and I asked her if all 3 were meals mediums with cokes. And low and behold cause the order taker again didn't listen or was too busy talking didn't have them that way so the pay window lady told them I wanted medium meals with cokes someone yells oh my God she never said that so I yelled back yes I did!! Got to the pick up window and told the woman yes I absolutely did say medium meals, not once, not twice but 3 times and I don't appreciate the nasty rudeness cause she shoved my food out the window and literally argued with me. Then slammed the window closed, I yelled to speak to the manager and she opened the window and said " I AM THE MANAGER, NOW WHAT!!" With her swaying her head back and forth with her hands up!! This NO MANAGER she needs...

I live in Norwalk and frequently go to Burger King on Milan Ave. I am a single father with two older boys, so as you can image, I spend a lot of money for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even late night hungers. I am not one to complain about food service, because I understand everyone can have a bad day. However, it just keeps getting worse.

I order burgers ALWAYS without tomato and onions...9x out of ten...tomato and onion are on the burgers.

Diet Pepsi is not diet.

Ham and cheese croissants without egg add mayo...get home and there's egg and no mayo.

This morning I order breakfast sandwiches, hashbrowns, and French toast sticks...I get home and there is Maple Syrup for French toast sticks, but instead of French toast sticks, some kind of cheese balls. Cheese balls for breakfast with Maple Syrup????? How does this happen? I'm furious! I would never keep a job if I made the same mistakes all the time, not alone have a business. Fix this! Please! If not, I will not spend my money at BK again!

Hard working and...

I rarely eat fast food...however, EVERY TIME I go to this Burger King, it is EXACTLY the same. Everyone that works there is REALLY friendly, my food is fresh and hot no matter the time of day, and they are fast and efficient. I finally said something to the girl working the drive thru. I told her what I thought and she said that she really loves her job and her coworkers are all very nice. I told her to please let her manager know that it doesn't go unnoticed. Their employees truly stand out from their competitors! With prices rising nonstop, I would rather pay the extra to have the service I received at this location. Y'all are TRULY...
