I'll start with something a little annoying, but I don't want it to reflect my view. The service was really oddly slow, we weren't attended to that often and when we were it was really brief and to-the-point. We ordered appetizers, and then they arrived and we had finished them. We had to literally ask a busser to see if anyone can take our order because our waitress was nowhere to be seen. We had wanted to put in our order earlier as some of our dishes would be known to take longer to make, however we had just sat longer without food due to the large gap in time. Then after we had finished eating as well there was an unnecessary gap of time between the time our plates had been taken and the time the waitress had come back with dessert menu / asking for the check.

Regardless, the food is spectacular. I was pleasantly surprised by the red snapper, which was fried to an incredible extent. Skin was very crispy, some of the bones were so fried they were nice and crunchy. The fish itself was great, well seasoned (not over salted like most places you order a fried fish), and paired really well with the sauce provided. I would definitely come back here and probably eat at the bar or something to get drinks and food a...

Worst service ever! First and last time going there and would not recommend to anyone seeking a fun atmosphere with good service. We were the last to get served. Our food was cold and drinks were not brought when we asked. We had to order drinks 3 times before they were brought to our table. The food is over priced for the quality. And service was lacking. Other people received better attention and service around us. Even receiving complementary party hats and favors for their cinco de mayo celebration while our party sat back and watched. They were also serving underaged females at the table accross from ours. And their menu is not very appetizing. They gave us a hard time about splitting our bill. There are far better places in Norwalk with better service and without...

I made a reservation for 5. Upon entering the restaurant, I gave them my name for reservation. They proceeded to take calls while we r standing there, 10 minutes later someone acknowledges us and sits us. We order our food, and wait 45-1hr for the dinner to arrive. I had a glass of wine, and I asked for another with the food, the wine came 25 minutes after. I was already done with the food by then. The food was OK. We ordered the carne asada and the Brussels sprouts were undercooked. I ordered the skirt stake rare and it came medium rare with no salt on it at all. The kids had quesadillas, fries and chicken. The fries were soggy! It looked like they put frozen fries in the microwave. The chicken was pale and flavorless. The bill came out to be 200....

Ive driven by many times and never thought to go in but finally me and my girlfriend needed a new place to take family to and now we've been here 3 times already in the past week and a half. You're sat and given a complimentary plate of plantain chips and thick salsa (which tastes like it has a bit of mojo sauce mixed in, really tasty). The drinks are amazing, staff is beyond friendly and the food is fantastic. There is a bit of a wait for the food so I recommend having an appetizer to have a seamless dining experience. Though, When the food does come out and you take a bite you realize it was all worth it. Not much to say except if you're in Norwalk this is where you wanna eat.

9-28-24 On A Positive Note: Yummy! I’ve been dining here for many years. This location has become our Saturday lunch spot. While mom and I I usually order the salmon a la plancha, last Saturday, I decided to give the fried snapper a try. I don't like my food looking at me however, I was feeling brave. The snapper was fried to perfection and the salad was a nice compliment. I could not bring myself to eat any meat from the head.🤷‍♀️ The Verdict: Always good food and great service. 10-12-24 I met Victor, the manager, for the first time today. He was very welcoming and professional. My mom and I both ordered and enjoyed the salmon à la Plancha today. A Daily Diner😋
