We had been here once before and had a pleasant experience and we were very excited to return. However, this second time we got the esquites again and they were completely inedible. It was unbelievable and a complete waste of money, we didn’t end up eating any of the three we bought. I will not come here again and I wouldn’t recommend this place. Can’t even give them credit by saying they were busy or in a rush, this place is usually packed but we were the only people in line today. We called to submit a complaint and the employee on the phone said that sometimes people like esquites “like that.” That is irrelevant here because we didn’t order them that way but to my knowledge I’ve never seen this style of esquites. Afterwards, they hung up the phone on us. We came from another town so it’s not easy for us to return the get the food re-done for us. Poor customer service and clearly they put little care into how they’re preparing the food for patrons. Hoy fui a este lugar, por segunda vez y ultima también. Pedí tres ordenes de esquites, la primera vez que fui órdenes esquites y eran unos esquites normales y comibles. Hoy los esquites eran una cosa asquerosa e incomible. Parecía que me estaba comiendo elotes nadando en leche cortada, con una bola de mayonesa arriba y queso. Llame al lugar y les deje saber mi experiencia, me contestó la chica que cobra en la caja, ella me dijo que nadie antes se había quejado de los esquites nadando en agua, que la gente a veces los pedía así. Yo jamás pedí mis esquites nadando en agua que parecía leche cortada. De la nada en el teléfono apareció otra voz, supongo que era la mujer que prepara las órdenes ahí, sin mayor vergüenza me dijo que fuera y que me preparaba otros o que me devolvía el dinero. Esto no es acerca de que me devuelvan 15 dólares, no es el dinero. Es la grosería y la mala calidad de lo que están vendiendo, jamás se disculparon, no tuvieron la flexibilidad de entender lo que estaban vendiendo, por qué estoy segura que están consientes de lo que están vendiendo. Un negocio aquí y en China no depende de una mala actitud, de una mala educación cuando un cliente está inconforme, tus clientes son quienes mantienen la economía de tu negocio, tus clientes son tu prioridad cuando eres el dueño de un negocio, la reputación de un negocio depende de lo que vendes la calidad de tu producto y la atención y educación que tienes para tus clientes. Lo cual en este caso fue un completo fracaso al igual que la mala calidad de lo que ellos están vendiendo a la gente. Si tú estás buscando unos esquites, este es el último lugar a donde debes ir. Acá no vas a encontrar esquites, vas a encontrar los granos de un elote nadando en agua, revuelta con pedazos de queso y una bola de mayonesa arriba, que cuando se mezcle terminará peor que lo que tienes cuando tú leche se echa a perder. Pull up here for a refreshing drink or dessert in this fruit-centric revelation!!! I long have been searching for a place that serves a legit mangonada and this place is the troof!! Dont expect the food to be spectacular this a small spot and their focus is on batidas(latin drinks) and thats where they truly shine.
