Full disclosure, I'm a president's circle member. I have rented from avis forever, and their service has gone down the tube in recent years. The car was not washed, there was an unreported dent and the gas was half empty. The inside was filthy. When I reported it to the attendants, they just shrugged and told me to write an email.
