I normally come here but seems like the service and their product is not good at all . I bought a pen and it was half way .. I never realized until I got home . I went the next day to speak to them and the young lady who looks too young to even work there wants to tell me I waited too long ! Said I should have checked the product inside the store . Makes no sense how ridiculous and manipulative that is . In the past they sold me stuff that didn’t work and I brought it back and it was exchange due to the fact the sold me a none working product . They know they are selling used products so please people be careful because they just want to take...

Aside from the majority of their workers being miserable with attitude problems, another quick way to discredit yourselves and fall down the pecking order? NOT BEING OPEN WHEN YOURE SUPPOSED TO BE... if your hours say 8am online, there should be someone there at 730 getting ready to open ON TIME.. no wonder "mohegans" are popping up like mushrooms and doing so well.. do better.. anyone thinking about going here should walk half a block up and go to mohegan instead.. unlike this place they refund and exchange defective products.. something...

The customer service here is trash. The owner doesn’t know the first thing about running a business. I bought a faulty pen and when I showed the owner he suggested I come back with proof. I did and then he changed his story and blamed it on me. He refuses to even exchange or do something else because once he saw the pen was faulty it was then my fault.
