Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Norwalk

If i could give 0 stars I would. The employee named “Julieta” has the absolute worst customer service you can ever imagine. Let me explain, my mother asked for her to open the restroom nicely, as one should, this Julieta woman completely ignored her and started screaming at other coworkers explaining that orders come first and restrooms come last but also throwing indirects at my mother. I understand, orders should be completed within a certain amount of time, but a few seconds to press on a button to open the restroom wouldn’t make too much of a difference. This woman also has a superiority complex against a young male worker and would scream in his face telling him he’s not aloud to use more than one coupon on customers (which is not what happened, there were separate transactions being made). After waiting up front, she continued to scream at her coworkers, keep in mind she is not a manager, and would practically scold them AND customers. If I am being honest, the place was no where near as occupied as I have seen in other places. There was no need to act that way even if it was occupied. It comes to show how incapable they are to control their emotions and work under “pressure”. It drives customers away.

I hope punitive action is taken against this Julieta person as that was no way to treat customers or coworkers.

This location was awful. After I ordered was when things went wrong. I ordered 3am breakfast asked for a medium coffee, refused to give it too me even if I pay for it. I also asked for a medium cup of ice. I was told no there is none even thoughI was willingto pay for it.The food was cold,hash browns overcooked too scorched. When I got to the window what looked like a nite shift manager complained to me that she has cars behind me completely ignoring my request on my order. Telling me to care about total strangers behind me (2 cars) on the night shift she appears to be unpleasant unprofessional, plus wouldn't forgive my order. Bickering and taking my money. I wanted my money back but I was hungry for what tasted like throw it away and make it better she still served scorched hash browns. A tasteless Breakfastk Jack with sausage.luke...

This is the best Jack in the Box not only because of the hard working employees and the very fresh food; It is the best store because of how they handle the many obscure clients. I always come down here to eat when I crave a burger and I decide to eat indoors every time. Every time I eat here there are always tough customers that always expect the service to go completely their way when in reality the staff stays positive and do their best to solve the issues. The main manager here is always friendly and he is the reason why the store manages to stay efficient. I hope the customers can relax on expecting this store to be a gourmet Gordon Ramsey restaurant. Some customers just want to much and don’t realize how amazing...
