Went to get a sandwich and a pumpkin Frap for my eldest grandkid. Plus the 5 year old wanted a water. We asked for the strawberry inclusion. For her water. Then I asked for 2, I need to take my meds. The total was 12. Something at the 1st screen. When I got to the register I asked for a napkin, please. She said okay. Then she brought out the scanner. I asked again, can I please have a napkin. Finally got my napkin. My sick granddaughter was sneezing and needed tissue. She then scanned my stars and told me 20.70. I thought she mixed up my order with someone else. She said no, we changed the prices for your water. It was now 4.25 each for water with my strawberry inclusion (4 dehydrated strawberries). I paid it, since they made it. And I needed water for my meds. But that's fricken ridiculous. How do you change prices in mid order! Scandalous.
I take my eldest granddaughter there basically 3 days a week. And I have never had such terrible service or upcharge. Not to mention this was a small child size cup! Not even a xl cup. What a flippen rip off. Very...
Read moreMost inconsistent starbucks I've ever been to. They served my girl who can't have dairy, real milk instead of the oatmilk that is already made inclusive in the ingredients of the drink(brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso) one time and to rectify their mistakes "they sent the person home". This admits to their faults but really offers no comfort for doing so. Their ability and their perception over sweetness in their pumps varies across the board, contingent on the employee's ability to get it right or to bother to at all. Oh and the girl with the bucket hat sometimes can be a. . . passive aggressive person sometimes. I swear this particular location will hone your skills in being comfortable enough in asking for your order to be made right again or at the very least close to what you were hoping for. Can't go to another location because of the disparity of ingredients to make the drinks we want so I guess we'll just have to continue our coffee endeavors here at this establishment with our hopes high and fingers crossed. Never knew coffee had to be a...
Read moreTerrible Starbucks. I go to Starbucks all over California but I’ve never been treated so poorly. This goes far beyond just not being greeted. I work remotely running route all over California and today I needed to get some work done on my vehicle. I went into this Starbucks because generally my Starbucks experiences are one of chill vibes you could say. On this day I happen to have already bought a drink and just wanted to sit quietly and wait for my car to be ready however you could tell the employees would have rather been anywhere else. I could tell by the way the employees were acting that I was in a not so great part of Norwalk you could say. I sat there quietly minding my business on the Wi-Fi however when I needed to use their restroom they decided it was time to exercise their authority by telling me restrooms were for customers only. Sounds logical however I am a customer I just wasn’t purchasing anything today. I plan on reducing my visits to Starbucks after this visit. It’s ashamed that a few bad locations can make the whole brand look so...
