Norwalk Stinkin Crawfish — Restaurant in Norwalk

Last night I had the worst service ever! I was so disappointed because I go to stinkin crawfish at least once a month I’ve never had a experience like this even when the restaurant is packed! Im a server as well so I can definitely see when the servers are overwhelmed and busy or just out right lazy… I had to get up 4 times! To ask for utensils, lemons, salt & pepper, bibs & refills. Not once did our server come to check on our table to see how we were doing I had to even get up to request my bill as we sat there waiting for someone to come check on us. One of the servers was standing at the bar eating her food, I get it we all get hungry, but your here to do your job and make sure your customers are taken care of. Worst off there was only 3 other parties eating it wasn’t busy at all for a Friday night. Then I had to get up again and approach the register to pay for our meal! Like I said I’m a regular, I have never ever had to get up and pay for a meal let alone ask for the basics to eat…. The food was delicious it satisfied my cravings 100% but I couldn’t even fully enjoy my meal bc I had to continuously do their job for them I might as well have clocked in & threw on a apron. I’m not from the Norwalk area. I’m out this way visiting someone in the hospital to go online and see certain pricing for items and items on the menu and have a understanding of what you’re spending then to come in the actual restaurant and the menu is completely different prices have been risen and items are changed. I don’t find acceptable, I even addressed it with the gentleman taking my order and he said nothing but well this is our updated menu that online is still being utilized and they place their orders so I don’t see more when I’m walking to place my order because when I called, I was told they don’t take over the phone orders due to fraud. Haven’t tried my food yet that’s why I rated it one if I try it and it’s exceptional aside from the other issues based on menus and pricing, I will update my rating for food. The other ratings...

Excellent cajun seafood restaurant, better than Claws since it's right in our backyard! Service comes first at this restaurant and you can tell the staff are well-trained so kudos to the manager! They checked up on us many times throughout our dinner and were very accommodating, shout out to Jasmine and Sophia for taking care of us! Food came out very fast and was delicious, we ordered the stinkin combo which came with 3lbs of shrimp, crawfish, clams and mussels in the mild stinkin special sauce.
