Today for the 1st time in 9 years coming to this subway i had a Horrible Customer Service experience with the new night shift ("in charge") employee. My oldest son is a super picky eater so we always order a meatball sub with the meatballs on the side (we pretty much make a pizza with the marinara sauce from the meatballs and cheese) and we have never had any issues by doing this Never !! Not even at other subways. This is the second time we get helped by this New night shift "in charge" employee and the 1st time she gave us attitude just because we asked for the meatballs on the side but she did our sub as requested. Tonight she refused to put the meatballs on the side because According to her she talked to the store manager Elsa and Elsa Told her they cannot put the meatballs on the side. I asked for the subway corporate phone number and she refused to provide it to me with attitude and she told me I have to find it online. I looked for this New night shift "in charge" employee name tag but of course she was not wearing it so I asked for her name and she refused to provide it to me. She told me I have to come back and talk to the store manager Else. I ended up driving to the next subway in my area to get my son his meatball sub with the meatballs on the side.    Read moreWe doing 2 stars .. this location is the first location that I see turning away customers because the employee couldn’t handle an order or 6 sandwiches we ordered online. So we put in the order and the employee calls us back to tell us it was going by to take 40 minutes to do if we want we can cancel and get a refund !? So I couldn’t believe a business would call back to request a cancellation! So we then tell her no it’s fine we’ll wait I don’t want to deal w a refund the employee told us she didn’t know how to do a refund.. so we get there 40 mins later and she was still doing the sandwiches we then went to wait another 10 mins she turned away 2 customers .. if subway is going to have one employee by themselves they should at-least have a capable one that won’t have a problem multi tasking.. And then I asked for three cookies and they gave me all three of the other cookies I didn't even ask for. When I walked in they didn't even say hello welcome to Subway, she continued to empty the trash and not even acknowledge that we had walked in the door. What she did acknowledge me and my husband she just said are y'all ready to order like who does that who is that rude.
