McDonald's — Restaurant in Norwalk

As much as I hate being this person I feel entitled to say that you guys need more night staff. I ordered through the app and the drive through line was pretty packed cool no problem wasn’t surprised. I gave my voice code to the cashier on the other side of the radio and she told me to drive up. I get to the window and if I didn’t order on the app I would have 100% paid for someone else’s food but I said “no I don’t I ordered on the app” and then she went to go look for my order and brought over 2 different orders. I know it was busy but common sense would tell you to ask me my order instead of guessing and checking. I pulled over to the side and waiting at least an additional 45 mins on top of the 15 I waited to get to the window in the first place. I walked up to the window honestly pretty irate because of the long wait I had endured tired and as well as super hungry but just asked what was up and that my nugs were almost done. I get my food the only thing hot still was my nugs. The fries were room temp at best. I would publicly like to ask for a reimbursement on my time that I so preciously wasted just trying to get an order that simply could have been made if the cashier had asked what my order number was and then confirmed and made my order. 20 mins I can understand but damn near an HOUR is a little nuts.

This is my favorite McDonalds in the Norwalk/Westport/Darien area. I've done mobile pickup and use the drive-through almost daily. Mobile pick up is easy, but I prefer the drive-through because it's quicker when you're just picking up a soda. I'd recommend mobile pickup for a larger food order.

I love this drive-through because even when the line looks incredibly long, it still runs smoothly and quickly. I go here almost every day to get my diet coke fix and all of the workers are so kind. They always smile and wave when I go through and wish me a good day. Please be nice to the ladies at this drive-through - so many costumers can be rude, but being nice makes them happy to see you and you get to know how kind they are.

I can't comment on most of the food items because I'm a vegetarian. But when I order a hash-brown, fries, or a vanilla cone/sundae, they're always ready quickly and have never disappointed. The fries and hash-browns are hot and crispy, and I've never seen them have an out-of-order ice cream machine - which is incredible because other local McDonalds are always having...

omg this is the most crappiest Mcdonalds ever. I wish I can put 0 stars . Every time I go there they always get the wrong order and they fill there food half way even though they charge an arm and a leg for it . Every time I go there is always an issue. nobody there knows how to speak English and even when I speak to them slowly they still assume and get the order wrong. I am pregnant and been craving mc donalds which is even more fustrating during my lunch break. This is my first ever bad review because its just so annoying and fustrating. Today was the last straw due to trying to be charge almost $3 for a cup of ice. Starbucks is even a little bit more pricier on food but they even give out FREE cups of ice and there food is better! They always g=just give attitides and assume things even when they know they dont know how to speak 100% English. The mcdonalds close to home they give out free...
