Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Norwalk

My significant other and I TRIED to have a cozy movie night in so we ordered Uber eats ice-cream sundaes to the house. We ordered cookie dough layered sundaes and instead got HALF a cup of PLAIN VANILLA ICE CREAM. We drove over to Baskin Robins to notify the employee of the error at which point a male came to the window and stated “sorry we didn’t have what you ordered”. I explained to him that I paid $18.00 through Uber for the order and questioned how he could charge that price for HALF a cup of plain vanilla ice cream. As an employee you should have the common sense and decency to contact us (via number provided in Uber eats) OR cancel the order so the charge doesn’t go through. Pure laziness. Will not give business...

I went to Baskin Robbins twice this past week and had an annoying experience both times. My first time the staff were playing around like little children. They were screaming so loud the person taking my order couldn’t hear what I was saying. I had to ask them to quiet down. My second time I ordered rum raisin ice cream thinking that they had it with a sign posted, then I was told it was snickers and they put the wrong sign there. Very deceiving to customers! The guy didn’t remove the sign like he should have, However the ice cream I got was good and I wasn’t overcharged. Still, I don’t intend to go there for ice cream again until further notice....

This place is the worst. The drive thru line takes forever, every single day. They always tell you they're "out of" whatever you ask for especially if it's ice cream. Cookies n cream? "We're out" You want a milkshake? "Oh sorry all 3 of our blenders are not working" Come on. It's THE WORST! And the place inside is so h a mess now! Idk...
