Absolutely awful experience today. The middle aged woman that served me 8/14/23 at 1pm did not even say hello to me and cut me off by saying “what do you want”. I was the only customer there, and she was visibly annoyed that she had to get up out of her chair and get off her phone to serve me. Did not make eye contact with me or even look in my direction once, was very unpleasant, no manners, and reprimanded me for ordering another bowl after my first one (???). Used to be my go to spot for poke besides Pokeworks in Westport, and I will now be giving my business solely to them. Their customer service is leagues above this Pokemoto and they have much easier parking as well. This experience has turned me off completely, and the manager needs to replace her or they will lose a lot more customers. I am one of many reviews complaining about this woman…how is...

This place has gone down hill. The fish is constantly hit or miss, which results in me having to throw my bowl away, and they aren’t cheap. I asked this time if the fish was fresh or not (around 5pm) and the worker told me it’s been there since this morning. She allowed me to try a piece and it tasted ROTTEN. I let her know but don’t think the fish was ever removed. You’re lucky if the avocado you get isn’t brown, and lately the rice is either hard or has a weird color tint to it. They were good about refunding my bowl for not being to “MY” standards, but didn’t seem so concerned that they could be making their customers sick. Its an underwhelming establishment. The first time I ordered online, the order was wrong, I ordered two of the same item and although they charged for 2, they only gave me one. Thankfully, I checked the bag before I walked out. I had to sit there and wait while they prepared the second order, defeating the purpose of ordering online as I was in a rush. The second time, I called to place the order to ensure that this error didn’t happen again. They told me the food would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. I showed up 10-15 minutes later, to ensure they had enough time and they still had me wait. If it wasn’t because they are the only place that has the item of food I want, I would not order from...
