Taco Bell — Restaurant in Norwalk

Horrible service. Went through drive thru and there was no other customer in line besides us. Ordered a combo 10 and asked them to change shell to Nacho Dorito shell and charge me extra for 2 flat breads ans 2 3 cheeses and put it through the steamer so i could make my 2 dorito nacho cheese tacos into extra cheesy gorditas. Bf ordered double chalupa box and did had ordered the same thing be done to his tacos. She charged us all the eextra, afyer a lot of guidance from us (we both used to work at TB so we knew all this could be done) and after she basically threw the food at us in a hurry to get rid of us (a car just barely pulled up to the intercom but okay) and told us our receipt was in the bag; receipt wasn't in the bag, none of the taco shells were nacho cheese DLT and only 3 were cheesy gorditas (even though we were ordered the extra 2) , so we were charged a surplus charge of $4 and some change and didn't recieve the extras we had paid for. It was too late to go back and correct the order and even if we did by the way the drive thru employee rushed us through the line, it doesn't seem like they would've corrected it if we had come back. We ate the food, but the Taco Bell craving was definitely not satisfied. So if you're a Taco Bell lover that has a craving for some Taco Bell goodness, DO...

Okay so I placed an online order here for me and my manager. We working 13-16 hour shifts and it’s just a bad day. We get our food and it’s worst. Half the order was wrong they did substitutes without informing us and half the order was stale! My nachos fries were half cooked and cold. I got the new chulopa and it didn’t even have what I ordered inside it barely had meat at all.

I called in spoke to 3 different managers explained to them what happened the first one said oh there is nothing we can do call corporate and hung up in my face.

The other said oh ok I’ll remake it when you come pick it up.

The last one said ok I’ll put you name down and refund you for the items that were bad.

I went up there 3 times each time no manager was available or had just left.

Placed an order for two crunchy tacos, girl at the window was not polite. She handed me my drink and gave me my food. She never asked what sauce i would like with my order, once i asked her she completely ignored me and continued making her next order. I asked for sauce again and she said, "i heard you, i had to get my next order ready". I asked her for her name to make a complaint, she mentioned she was not able to give her name out. I looked at the receipt said leilani on it i asked her if that was her, she shrugged and smirked under her mask. This is complete rude behavior on her part. I dnt go to taco bell often but after a long day of work in a healthcare place wanting to grab a quick bite to eat, that was not a pleasant thing to encounter. Dont plan to return to...
