O.T.R. Easy to get too off the the I-5 South or North. If you exit off the I-5 South exit Carmelita make left over the freeway go down about a mile or so to Foster Rd and make a right. MAKE sure you stay in the middle line because the street starts with 3 lines but ends up as as 2 (RIGHT BEFORE YOU GET TO FOSTER you will need to turn very wide onto Foster because 4 wheelers will block your path to make a right turn onto Foster). Exit from I-5 North make a right onto Carmelita and follow the same instructions. I personally would not recommend coming down Imperial highway it is a truck route but you will get a lot of lights. You can take Imperial highway if freeways are closed.

Okay once you make a right onto Foster Road it will be the second entrance they will be a guard shack as the pictures show another reviews. You make a right onto the entrance and stay to your left. Check in with guard give them B.O.L. There is a lot of room to maneuver your sleeper truck. I have a Kenworth t680 and I'm a rookie driver was able to get into it the doors no problem. You can show up 1 hour early before your appointment. I must say I gave this place a four-star because the guards were very nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed. They do have porta potties are tucked away between container trailers in a big water tank see picture. I'm not sure if you could spend the night on the premises. I do recommend you getting here early before your appointment because after 10 am it gets pretty busy. Well as other reviews has stated you're looking at about two solid hours to get off loaded depending on how busy they are. I think that's pretty good considering to other places that I've been to that go beyond 2 hours.

There is a roach coach (A.K.A. lunch truck) that comes by at about 11:30 am only stays...

We had an 11:30 AM delivery appointment and arrived early at 8:00 AM. Despite being given a door at 10:00 AM, we were not unloaded until 3:00 PM. During that time, we witnessed multiple trucks arrive after us, get docked, and leave well before we did. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of organization and transparency in the unloading process.

While the overall experience was disappointing, I’m giving one star solely because the security guards at the check-in gate were respectful, helpful, and went above and beyond to get us updates by checking in with the warehouse on our behalf. Be prepared for a long wait at this location and do not book any load that you needs to be pickup by 3 PM at all as we had to cancel our own...

It's super easy to deliver at this location. The entry to deliver is on the eastern side of the building, and shipping is on the western side of the building. Signs are there to guide you. Very simple, you hand them the paperwork or Po# depending on if you are picking up or delivering. They take pictures and ask for your phone number. Try not to be too early one, maybe two hours is ok but I guess it also has to do with how busy they are... They guards are down to earth and humble. Be courteous, and they will take care of you.
