Taco Bell — Restaurant in Norwalk

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The guy in the drive through spilled two large sodas all over me and the floor of my car and all down the side of my window controls and driver side doors. He then offered me one napkin to clean it up. ONE NAPKIN and never even apologized. When our food finally came after waiting a long time I asked if everything was in the bag. Our cashier Joseph said yes everything was in the bag. We drove the 20 minute trip home to find out that we were missing 3 tacos and 4 cheese roll ups. That's a lot of food to be missing. It was almost like they did it intentionally just to mess with us. I don't understand how you wouldn't check the order five times Times for accuracy After spilling drinks on someone. The last straw was when my daughter found a hair on her soda cup and refused to drink the rest of it. This was an absolute horrible night when all my kids wanted was Taco Bell. When I tried to call the office to complain Taco Bell was already closed. Tomorrow is...

Came here it took the guy 5 mins to even take our order, which was simple. We had to then go around and wait for a Mac and cheese bowl which we waited 7 mins for. So we went back to the drive thru and the guy says she asked you to wait in the front so she can bring it out. We stated we waited long and they also forgot the fries. So we took our food and come to find out she messed up on the Mac and cheese bowl and the nachos. (We repeated this order 4 times) so we went back to the drive thru to get our money back and the manager pictures below stated she CAN NOT take the food back but she will give a refund. She tried arguing with my sister about the order before giving the refund and turns out she was WRONG. So after she put the refund she daisy “I will take back the bowls” she was upset she was wrong. And she was super rude. I will be contacting Corperate about this. 30 mins wasted in a drive thru for attitude and a refund. Zero stars. The manager below is RUDE she needs...

This is EASILY the WORST location in all of Fairfield county, for several reasons.. 1. Drive thru takes MINIMUM 15-20 mins whether busy or not.. 2. Food is always wrong, poorly portioned, and you're lucky to not be missing an item.. 3. Ive never seen a work staff move with such a complete lack of care for speed, efficiency, or productivity.. ive stood inside waiting for my food behind 3 others already becoming impatient from their wait, with a line out the lot at the drive thru and with absolutely no sense of urgency the staff just dragging through barely moving... with the exception of one very sweet older women at the drive thru and one young man on the line who I watched shuffle 3 hats during a rush? The entire crew needs to be fired and or retrained .. or get a manager in there who takes pride in their work.. sad excuse for a restaurant.. and its a double brand location so KFC is taking a...
