I worked as a Uber delivery I went to pick up an order. I waited and waited, then I decided to ask one of the employee in Spanish how long more will the order for Amanda will take that I been waiting there for a while. Then one of the guy from the bar he is a bartender came and started to yell. Saying we don’t work for you , we been busy if you can’t wait you can cancel the order, you guy always complain. He was so rude and unprofessional he starting yelling without asking me anything or what I said. I was so mad and walk out. I said he was so unprofessional, bad matter. I wanted to go back and tell him off. But I am better then that I will not step to his level. So just adding other thing I went back there to pick up other order and the truth is that I really didn’t wanted to go back there because of the way they treated me last time. So I went in and this girl took care of me, she seem nice and I was telling her about what happened last time and I don’t know if it was the owner or manager, he over Heard me talking to the girl and said , we’re you the one who wrote the review I said yes and he said well go ahead right other one , I thought he was kidding but no he wasn’t because he yea go ahead write other one and get out. I was so shocked, I thought he would apologize for what happened last time, but no he was rude too, now I know where his employees get it from. They should treat everyone with respect and kindness no matter who they are, we are the same. We are human and no one is better...

I've been to the Blind Rhino a dozen or so times, and have wanted to like it, but have had repeated bad experiences. I want to preface this by saying I am not a "let me talk to your manager" type, and this was not just one incident. I have been served incredibly weak drinks here on multiple occasions, a complete ripoff for the price, but my complaint is about service, not prices.

Recently, they served me a double Jameson with club soda that barely looked whiskey-colored, and tasted like water. I then watched as another customer asked for Jameson, and the bartender pointed out to them the bottle was empty. It's pretty obvious by now that they ran out of Jameson whilst making my drink. I then compared my drink to my friend's, who had ordered the same thing as me just a few minutes earlier, and he agreed it had less than a shot in it. When I tried to politely ask the bartender about this weak $20+ drink, he behaved rudely (think of a bouncer, not a bartender) and completely shut me down, shouting over the noise "nope" and refusing to address it. Even funnier, it was my first drink of the night, and last there.

I want to reiterate I have been treated rudely by the bartenders here multiple times, but this was the worst by far. Train your staff better in customer service, it's really not that hard to be a decent,...

Food the absolute best I've basically spit up pickles my whole life having no appreciation for tired jarred non sense and these house made pickles and the McRhino changed my life. #truelife I'm addicted to McRhinos. The wings truth be told they are simply award winning fire at its finest no If ands or maybes. Modest pricing and an environment that creates a beautiful community of harmony and fun. The concept is tightly tied down and the place is ran like a finely tuned Ferrari in the very least this would become your favorite sports bar fast. As a former restaurant guru and worker I used to kill myself to keep my establishment dust free I always am pleased to see the ceilings and things a lot squeaky clean. This place really is a class act and it's loaded with activities such as trivia and other marvelous events. It's so easy to just patronize a review but from the bottom of my heart I give a 5 star at all 3 points of review, this place really is simply the best sports bar on planet earth! ...
