One thing about me when it comes to fast food !! Just because they say or advertise that it's fast food doesn't mean it is cause some things are ready & others they cook to order & especially when the place have a drive thru & the ppl make big orders compared to the ppl inside ordering 2-3 items at counter, a big difference ... So you can't get mad at the service just get mad at ppl making big orders slowing up the process of getting orders out in a timely manner ... But I learn to have patience cause if you don't have that you won't last long in any situation .. trust I know cause I'm a taco Bell worker & that job is not easy ... Especially when ppl don't have consideration & quick to blame the service & it's simply because of the customers that make big orders at a time ... Cause our job isn't easy, maybe if the shoe was on the other foot for a day you would see what it's like ... You have an app which offers me the ability to order in advance. I order my food I drive to the window and the guy at the window says you were supposed to go through the drive-through like normal and let us know that you had an order waiting. So I drive around the building and to the ordering window so that he can say “we’re getting your order ready you can drive up now“. What? So you just made me drive-through so that the same person could tell me that they were getting my order ready. So I have two questions : why am I ordering in advance if you’re not gonna do anything until I arrive an order at the drive-through like normal? And what kind of bonehead do you have working there that makes me drive all the way around the building just so that he can tell me it’s being made. It’s the same guy standing in the same spot....

I have never in my life experienced something so disrespectful I pull up to the driveway mind you the place was empty and the person who answered was very aggressive with how she handled us and we drove off we pulled in and she’s rushing us and I wish I recorded it yelling through the microphone so we we pulled around we seen somebody outside the store watching our car then when I got out to go inside I realized it was a worker so I asked for a manager and it was dorene or Dorine who cares a old white lady and I asked why I was treated like that and she’s coming at me rudely so I asked her name and left I have NEVER been so disrespected she...
