Customers beware! Bait and switch bills! Thieves! Today was the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant. There were 6 of us all together. We all ordered food. Someone at our table ordered a salad and I ordered the nachos. When the waitress started bringing out the food, it was the wrong food. She went back to grab the correct order and still did not bring the salad that was ordered. He decided to just take they gyro she brought. I ordered the nachos. When the nachos arrived it didn't look appealing at all. I figured I'd still try it. I grabbed a chip and the cheese was cold. I didn't even finish the chip. When I asked that it just be taken away and off the bill the waitress stated they can't take it off the bill and asked if I wanted anything else. I politely declined and just wanted it removed. After everyone else had finished the bills were brought to the table and they were incorrect. We let her know and she brought new bills. My bill was correct without the nachos. The other people in our party got their bill and it was correct as well. When the bill was brought back with the card that it was charged on they had added the uneaten nachos to their bill and had already charged the card. It was a bait and switch with the bill. The waitress said she couldn't correct it and they'd have to come back during the week for the manager to correct. The waitress didn't seem phased by the situation and didn't try to rectify it in any way. We will...

Wow I'm kind of embarrassed for this place, they serve food I wouldnt serve myself while sitting in my living room in sweats. Beyond the aloof waitstaff who couldn't explain their beer list despite being somewhat limited, the food was less than stellar. Starting with their "smothered nachos" which really was just a couple handfuls of chips out of a bag topped with cheese sauce(yes fake cheese) and a room temperature pile of some ubiquitous chili from a can, that should have been our sign to leave. On to a burger which...I'm sort of perplexed as to why they would even ask for a preference as to how it would be cooked....it was going to come out well done regardless. A burger made with a pattie that you find frozen in plastic tubes at any costco or samsclub, why am I paying these people to make this garbage for me? The gyro was edible, but the kebab meat had been reheated, gyros are almost always edible. It was of lesser quality than that youd get from a street vendor. Cocktails were impressively mediocre, and served in the same glass they serve budlight in, classy touch. They weren't even busy at the time, and the food and service was still lacking, I cant imagine how they are busy. Just another restaurant/bar that's cutting corners and surviving on location and liquor sales. Don't waste your money, time, or date night...

Walked in and sat at the wide open bar. I asked the bartender why it was so quiet and empty with the adjacent bars being packed. He said he didn’t know. I came for a Gyro while the wife and 2/3 kids went to @centerstreetmarket, #crookedcan. I ordered a beer and gyro with double meat and fries platter. After 17-20 minutes I Worried about the family waiting for me I asked if my order was near ready. A few minutes later, the Bartender brought it out, while he went to get my tab I looked inside the clamshell. Wrong order. Not a double meat gyro. Bartender asked me if I wanted my gyro. Well no shit I wanted it. He said he could get it in 5 minutes. Umm, no thanks, why couldn’t you get it the first time (right or wrong) order in 5 minutes. Half an hour in while family is outside finishing their dinner from Center Street Market.

I don’t wonder why this place continues to struggle and do no business! Meanwhile the place next door has 300-400 people eating and drinking. All started with Jimmy V not paying for snow removal he requested year after he bought it from Otie. Come on back Otie, bring back the charm and history that made Oties. These people continue to suck….might be my 4th bad review of this nightmare Lack of customer service and desire to make anyone happy or...

We were greeted immediately upon walking in the door and asked to sit anywhere we liked. We had the whole area to ourselves as everyone else was choosing to sit outdoors. It took several minutes for the waitress to come over but after that she was very efficient. The decor was mainly historical photos mixed with some sports paraphernalia. The outdoor patio was absolutely beautiful. Our food arrived quickly and it was just as amazing as the waitress said it would be. I had the pub burger and fries. A nice burger with mozzarella, provolone and cheddar cheeses and bacon and a fried egg topped with lettuce, tomato and onion. My partner had their signature sandwich of fried bologna. Thick sliced bologna with pepper jack cheese, pickles and onions. The fries were a thicker natural cut, fried to a crispy doneness and topped with coarse salt. Best fries that I've had in awhile. If we go back to Hilliard anytime, we'll be stopping in again.

My friend and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time. We sat outside on the patio, which is breathtaking! Our waiter was not attentive at all! We ordered the nachos as an appetizer and they were delicious. I ordered the Reuben and fries. The fries were bland. My sandwich was delicious, but they barely put any 1000 Island on it and when I asked for more, I was charged, which I didn’t realize until I got the bill. My friend got a hamburger which barely had any mayonnaise on it. By the time the waiter came back so we could ask for more, it was cold. We asked for extra napkins and we were given 1 each. Service was really bad. I asked to speak to a manager, but was told that our waiter was the closest thing to a manager. He was not friendly and barely checked on us. I needed a refill before we left and he never offered one. Very disappointed!

Sticky tables and subpar food - in perfect Columbus fashion, things are described to be much better than they actually are. For example- the pepperoni flatbread pizza (pictured) with its (as described on menu) “old world pepperoni” (which, note is typically for the type of pepperoni with the casing that makes it curl upwards and crisp on the edges when it cooks) was nothing more than something resembling a pizza out of a Red Baron box. The tables and menus were sticky, clearly in need of cleaning (gross). The rest of the food was pretty good for bar food and I would eat the fries and boneless wings again. Nice patio. Note: I seldom, if ever, give low reviews. But when the server found out I didn’t care for the pizza, he just smiled and walked away from my sticky table.
