Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Norwich

If you order through their app, and select the 5.99 per medium 2 topping pizza coupon, it will not give you a list of the very few pizza selections that cost 5.99. The app instead brings you to the next menu which instead of 5.99 pizzas you are only offered specialty pizzas, none of which cost 5.99. Also you are offered to ‘build your own pizza’ if you’ve selected the 5.99 per pizza coupon. However the build your own pizza option is a joke as there is no indication of which selections qualify to keep your pizza the price of the coupon you started with. It took an hour of playing with different choices trying to find out how to keep the 5.99 2 topping pizza to actually cost 5.99. What I learned was 3 of the 4 offered crust types all increase the price. All but one sauce type increases the price. Most of the offered toppings for the coupon, also increase the price. Basically you are given 100’s of choices when you select the 5.99 coupon, and almost none of them result in the price as advertised. They don’t even offer you a small list of the ACTUAL 5.99 pizzas. Try it, download the app. Select coupons. Select 5.99 2 topping pizzas. Immediately you are brought to a ‘select your pizza’ screen. NOT ONE SINGLE PIZZA OFFERED ON THIS SCREEN IS...

Okay so, i clearly remember like 2 years ago almost being ripped off by one of their rude delivery drivers. And even the manager accused us of trying to get free money, but I had to remind him that we were the customers and the ones who were being ripped off. We were heated!!!

Ever since then, we haven't ordered much from them at all. When we did, thankfully we haven't ran into anymore issues with them. They seem polite and quick service now.

Although, I STILL AM HEARING THAT THE MANAGER AT THIS DOMINOS IS STILL BEING PARANOID WHEN CUSTOMERS HAVE COMPLAINTS.. He tries accusing customers of wanting free food or money. HOPEFULLY HE GETS FIRED SOON!!!!

We are happy that we have ran into THE BEST DELIVERY DRIVER they have there, though.. And his name is JOSH!! :) He was very respectful to us and down to earth.. He also made us laugh!! XD We had him more than once, and he's been working there for a while now.

WE WOULD REQUEST HIM FOR EVERY DELIVERY IF WE COULD. lol

I had to spend quite some time waiting for my order when I came to pick it up. It turns out they forgot to put one of my pizzas in, twice. The person calling the order instructed the others to put my pizza in while the rest of my order was ready but the message was missed so they never did. I only know this bc I was listening and watching. They didn’t bother to tell me how long I’d be waiting or why. We rarely do dominos but the whole family really enjoys the rare treat (not cooking and eating junk food for dinner). We ordered 3 pizzas all together and after waiting about 30 minutes for that last pizza and getting it home most of it was not hot anymore. I was offered a free soda if their choice as an apology. I can’t help but think if they were that late delivering, my order would be refunded. By the time I got my food I just wanted to get out of that chaos. And I believe in treating people in the service industry kindly so I didn’t want to make their job more difficult. I just wish they didn’t let me sit there for that long wondering where my food was and then give me...
