Use to be a regular customer at Arbys until one day I placed my order and dine in then left and went walking down the plaza there at the location I went back to Arbys to refill my soda. I was approached by a manager there who talked hateful too me and said I better never do that again I told him after he talked awful to me that I been coming in there as a regular customer for about five years and the other managers would let me refill my drink and never said anything to me. I also was called a bad name by same person who came after me to make me leave A few months went by I keep going there because I didn't see the manager whom I had the issue with refilling my drink I didn't see them there until one day I walked in and I was humiliated and talked hateful too by the same person while they were standing at the front counter taking customers orders.There were at least eight customers in line and I was told to get out and never come back there again.I question why and that no one has never told me not too.I do admit I was upset the second time because this is the same person who treated me bad and talked mean and hateful to me on one occasion already and again this second time.I was tired of being disrespected too.I wasn't letting this person treat me this way no more. I am a human being.When I defended myself with words I was being chased and physically pushed thur the doors of Arbys and fell by the person who worked there.And I just had recover from serious foot surgery that I had two months ago.My opioin is there is a right way to talk and treat a human being.If someone is working with the public they should be courteous and friendly.As a regular customer going to any place of business to shop and purchase whatever or dine out at a place where I can eat that I would want to be able to keep going back without being afraid or mistreated in any way what so ever and you would think that in this day and age in our ecomony that any business would want that but apparentlly for some...
   Read moreI actually sat in line at the drive-thru while watching an employee roll a blunt at the front counter. This has to be on camera, right? Usually stoners make good fast food. They "hook it up" well, ya know? But like every other visit there, my curly fries were cold and my fish sandwich was mashed in the middle and broken into two pieces. I only go there cause my wife likes their roast beef sandwiches, but the employees there are seriously just lazy and disgusting. Last fall, I watched a dude lean out of the drive-thru window to take a hit off of a vape pen the driver in front of me had. This place is seriously just weird. There was also one visit were the drive-thru line was long, so I parked and went inside, where I walked into the middle of a conversation about how the cashiers girlfriend farted during sex. Not really something I care to hear from a stranger that can touch my food. This is also the only drive-thru place where if you use your credit/debit card, you gotta sign the receipt. Just make sure you get your card back. I've had to ask for mine back several times. Either they forget or have alternative motives in mind if you drive off and forget it. Please keep in mind that this is just one persons opinions. This is just my experiences there. I've had good orders before where my food was decently warm and accurate. Tried to flag her down but it was too late. I told her the price and order was wrong and she was already irritated and asked âwell what did you order thenâ she takes my card back, charges me for the correct order and closes the window again. I asked her how long a reimbursement would be since this wasnât my fault. The already annoyed GM says âshe doesnât knowâ at this point I become annoyed because none of this is my fault, so I ask to speak to a manager. Unfortunately, she was the manager and said thereâs no one else I can talk to. She eventually storms off! Another employee who was nice explained everything even though I was already irritated from lack of empathy or understanding from the GM. She points to the sign and tells me to contact corporate.
