The first time I ate here, I called it in and picked it up. Only to get it home and it had the opposite of what I asked on it. So I called in thinking they miss understood me or that it was a communication issue. The girl relentlessly faught with me on the phone saying that she gave me what I asked for instead of trying to fix the issue or apologize. Months later, I decided to give them another try, thinking I wouldn't have the same issue if I ordered in person. I didn't, luckily. Brought the sandwich home to eat and it was absolutely terrible. Gave it to my hubby who loves the place and he wouldn't even eat it. Said it was garbage. Never again. Waste of $8. Could've gotten a cheaper and better, fresher sandwich at whole...

I would give 6 stars if possible. Always a generous amount of fresh ingredients including many choices of great breads & rolls. The staff members get to know the large number of "regulars" and make them feel at home. Nice seating area & always spotless. The cashier, Mimi, and manager, Faith, are particularly friendly, and the owners make sure that catering deliveries go out just as ordered & on time. I’ve been loving this spot as of late after discovering it upon leaving Newbury one day. I’m gluten intolerant, and so their gluten free option for their sandwiches is such a bonus. Today, they made a mistake with my pickup order (things happen, we are all human), and since I had to get back to work, I was unable to go back in to get a revised sandwich…so they legitimately hand delivered my new sandwich to my workplace free of charge.
