Royal Pizza of Norwood — Restaurant in Norwood

Checked reviews and wanted to try a good pizza place in Norwood. Order was so late I called in to check if they even had my order cause it was 15 minutes past when they are meant to close, which got me worried I would never receive my food and I ordered at 810pm and it was 915 when I called.

They had an estimated time of 30 to 50 minutes an came 1 hour and 15 minutes after I ordered.

I also asked for diet coke bottle where they had choices between between diet coke and diet pepsi and they brought pespi, which wouldnt have bothered me as much if I didnt have an option.

My rating would have been lower if the quality was also bad. But there pizza wasnt bad and their wings were really good.

However I would think twice before ordering from them because I order pizza as a fast option. If I know it will be over an hour, I wont even...

My orders here are incorrect more than they are correct. Today I asked for an American sub. Told him what i wanted on it. All good. He asked if i wanted it toasted. I said NO thank you. I get the order and it looked toasted to me. I called them up and was told i know you didn't want it toasted, i just heated it up, i didn't toast it! This is notmally supposed to be a cold sub. It is even under the "cold sub" section of the menu. My last order was a meatball sub but no cheese please. The sub arrived with no cheese....great! But why did they put banana peppers on it? I called them up and got no apology. He just said that's what they told him to put on it. He's just the cook. Just 2 examples of a history of incorrect orders. After being told that my DoorDash order would be ready at 12:04 and arriving in the store at 12 I waited until 1212 while being told that my order would be ready soon and that they were working on it after waiting five minutes for somebody to give me any sort of customer service when I told the woman my situation who is working at the front desk, she called me dude and should absolutely not be working in any sort of customer service job and I would like to have somebody that I can file some sort of report to to have this woman not working there anymore. I had a terrible experience here. Their food is not good and I hope that this reaches some people to tell them never...
