Very horrible customer service at the Taco Bell in Norwood, MA. It was my and my daughter's firt time visiting this location. I stood in line with my daughter for about 15-20 minutes and only had one person ahead of us. Three different staff members (1 girl & 2 guys) walked from the food prep area to the front registers multiple times but not one person greeted us nor took our order. The person ahead of us had to continously return to the counter for items missing from her order and the two staff members that assisted her were slow to do anything. A guy walked in behind us to pickup a mobile order. He was immediately greeted and tended to. Meanwhile my daughter and I were still being ignored and patiently waiting. After 15-20 minutes, I looked at my wrist watch, then took out my phone out my pocket to start writing my review on Google and turned to leave the store. That's when we heard one of the guy yelling "Awhhhh Hello" at us. It was the same guy that walked by us multiple times. By this time we're no longer interested. So, I turned and said, "Nope. We're all set, thanks!", then continued to walk out of the store. If I could give this Taco Bell location zero stars, I would. We drove further up the road to the Taco Bell in East Walpole, MA. We were greeted with a smile within 2 minutes of us entering the store and received our order about 10 minutes later. Much better service than the...

(Old post) i don't like randomly smash companies and give bad reviews I'd like to just give criticism in a healthy manner
Taco Bell is always good but for some reason the one right down the street in the Walpole Mall is much more consistent, I've been to this newer Taco Bell around four times in each and three out of the four times I either got the wrong order (which didn't make me mad because most of the food is the same anyways) And then I also had some stale taco shells.
So we're kind of four and 0 at this point. Still going to give it a few more chances before I start heading back to the other one down the street, I was happy to see this one open because it's more convenient for my lunch route, but I'd rather spend the extra 10 minutes to get the order right
Other than that Taco Bell is always amazing when...
Read moreWow, Taco Bell, I had no idea I signed up for a three-course fine dining experience when I ordered a Crunchwrap. The leisurely pace at which you prepared my "fast" food truly gave me time to reflect on life's big questions—like why I didn’t just make a PB&J at home.
The staff? Oh, they must be practicing for a career in interpretive dance, considering how they moved to fulfill orders. Watching them slowly assemble tacos with the urgency of a Sunday nap was honestly mesmerizing. And the customer service? Let’s just say I haven’t felt so invisible since middle school gym class.
By the time I got my order (wrong, naturally), I felt like I had aged a few years. But hey, maybe they’re helping customers work on their patience. If so, 5 stars for achieving that goal. As for actual food and service? Yeah… keep dreaming.
Would I return? Only if I’ve cleared my calendar and want an immersive study in how not to run...
