Update** I will absolutley still say their food is fantastic. However I recommend ordering take out, the service isn't very good which is unfortunate. Even a simple communication letting your tables know the kitchen is running long and making sure we had refills would have been great but did not happen. We were there 1 1/2 hours total and STILL did not get our food. Not even the salads. My two co-workers arrived at 12pm, and got their drinks and appetizer fairly quickly. They ordered everything including my food and drink order before I arrived, I arrived at 12:15pm. I did not have a drink, I had ordered coffee & water but neither was there. Once I joined them I waited 20 minutes before I flagged down someone to bring me a drink. Once I finally got it we were there an hour, we had ordered chicken shawarmas' and chose salad as the side. After waiting almost an hour with no one coming back to the table and our glasses empty, we asked where our food was and she said it was coming up right now, we expressed at that point we wanted boxes and bills because we had to go. We waited an additional 15 minutes and still no food. At that point we needed to leave and took our checks to the bar (the bills were messed up anyway but the way the experience was going it was not worth it) for a refund because we were not paying for food we did not get. She combined my coworker and my bills refund (in cash because I guess she could not refund it to the card), they were entirely seperate checks and gave us $30 and change back with a 10 and a 20. We ask how are we supposed to split this and she essentially indicated it was our issue.
I am so disappointed in this experience which is so sad because the food is so good. Everytime I have been there the service has always been slow but never this bad. Please make sure your front and back of house are properly staffed and you communicate to your tables if theres any issues and make sure theres nothing they need like refills. A little bit of communication could have gone a long way here.

This is a must try. I can tell you how fabulous it is but the proof is in the schwarma and the garlic spread! We WILL be...
Read moreThis place reminds you of a restaurant on its way out, trying to cut every corner possible to save money. We ordered the sampler platter for 2. They first brought out hummus which was tasteless, lacking the classic garlic, tahini and lemon flavors. It also needed salt, so really all you taste is a bland chickpea and water mixture, terrible. Next came the baba ghanoush, which was watery with a nice smokey flavor, but was also missing salt and the same other flavors that the hummus was missing. It is as if the chef has never tasted these dishes before. The bread was the same dry tasteless garbage you get at the supermarket. Hello, the bread is the cornerstone of any Lebanese meal, not some cheap after thought to save money!
All of the combos come with rice, fries or grilled vegetables (they were out of vegetables, how can you be out of vegetables?) and a choice of soup or salad. We asked for the soup and were told that we were already given the salad in the form of the small plate of taboulli (tart from too much lemon and missing the bulger wheat). This is bull, the taboulli comes as part of the meal description and you are entitled to an additional soup or salad! The platter came out as a huge plate of rice (really good) with a chicken kebob consisting of 2 small pieces of pepper, 2 carrots and 3 one inch pieces of chicken breast (moist and flavorful), a couple of smashed pieces of chicken kofta (tasty), 4 falafel (2 extra because they were out of vegetables), chicken shawarma (dry with no taste) and lamb shawarma (dry but with a nice taste of cinnamon). The platter was supposed to come with both meat and vegetable grape leaves, but in another attempt to save money they were missing.
This cost $45, and was a total rip off for both the quantity and quality of the food. We were there for 1 hour at the height of lunchtime and never saw another customer,...
Read moreThe food here is really good but the service not so much. We've ordered takeout twice now and I thought the first time was a fluke. Both times the only people in there are a man and a woman (maybe the owners?) so their business is likely suffering due to COVID. If that's the case, I'd think the service would be better when there ARE customers? I debated even posting this but I'm still extremely annoyed after sleeping on it.
This last time we ordered after we got home from a 16+ hour car trip and didn't want to cook anything. Husband went to pick up the order, came home, and a whole sandwich and soup were missing. Maybe he should have checked but they already have everything all tied up and bagged so it's awkward to stand there and unbox it all.
He called and the lady on the phone said he wasn't missing anything, she checked. But we were missing items on our online ordering receipt. "I'm looking at the receipt right now and we ordered two sandwiches." She said, "Okay come back in 15 minutes or you can come get it tomorrow." Uhh....we are eating now? And we just drove there to get the stuff? No offer of a partial refund or anything for our headache.
Obviously he was hungry so he waited, drove back, and came back with a small side of hummus for free. Nothing to dip in it though? And his food at home was then cold when we were finally ready to eat. IDK - both experiences rubbed us the wrong way and I doubt we'll go back for a 3rd try - which is a bummer because the food is good.
Word for the wise - check your order...
