HerTous Les Jours in Novi is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that feels warm and welcoming. The delightful aroma of freshly baked goods fills the air, immediately setting the tone for an incredible experience.

One of the standout items here is their lavender latte. It’s truly something special! The perfect balance of floral lavender and creamy espresso makes for a drink that’s both unique and comforting. It’s clear that great care is taken in crafting each cup, and the presentation is always beautiful. It’s easily one of the best lattes I’ve ever had, and I find myself craving it all the time.

I’ve been there several times, and I must say, the baked goods are out of this world! The drinks are also very good, and I genuinely enjoy my time there.

However, I have noticed an issue with my drink orders over my last four visits. The first time I ordered the Matcha tiramisu latte, it was fantastic! Unfortunately, in the following visits, the order has not been correct. On two occasions, I received different drinks altogether (which were still good but not what I ordered). Then, there was a mix-up with the size on another visit, and just yesterday, while I received the correct drink, it wasn’t made in the same way as that first time It was all Milk and very little Match or anything.

I really enjoy the baked goods at Tous Les Jours — the quality of the pastries and cakes is always great. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced rude and disrespectful behavior from one particular cashier.

During my recent visit, I ordered a slice of cake and drink. I waited patiently, but no one gave it to me until I asked. When I did, the cashier responded with clear attitude,disrespect and in a dismissive tone. It felt personal and unprofessional! His behavior was not only rude but felt racially motivated!

There are definitely kind and hardworking employees at this location, but this individual does not represent the bakery well. Based on what I’ve seen and heard, I know I’m not the only one who has had a similar experience. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the service and accountability — the quality of the food deserves better...
