Cheer weekend and we had a very big group. (Which we said they could split us up however they needed to seat us) after being told that we were going to get sat in 15 minutes we ended up waiting over an hour. Finally we are sat we had 7 children with us who we said please just feed them first. Well after watching other servers and your bartender on 1-25-25 talk badly about all of us and it's bad business when your bartender is also talking about your patrons to guests at her bar. About 1 hour later after 5 people in our group had already gotten their drinks and food and some of us still had no drinks. Then a group of us 3 people got their food. Burnt chicken tenders and cold. This is about 1.5 hours of sitting there. Asked to speak with a manager several times. And it wasn't until someone in our group ended up basically making a scene because EVERYONE around us had gotten their food (people who were only sitting there for 20 minutes) yet we still didn't have any appetizers. After the scene was made it was kinda funny that within 2 minutes food started coming out. FREEZING COLD, BURNT, DRY FOOD. Funny the plates were hot though which means your manager who was ignoring us wanting to speak with her but was "too busy expoing" was just letting our food sit there. Food for 7 CHILDREN IN TEARS cause they just wanted to eat. When your manager finally decided to come out she BLAMED EVERYONE BUT HERSELF. It was disgusting to me that she took responsibility for nothing. It was the hosts fault then it was the servers fault but it was all a lie. The host told us that they could accommodate us but we had to wait and let them sit all the smaller groups before us so the kitchen didn't get overwhelmed. Then told us that our food was all rang up in together. Yet if that were true why did 3 people who had their order taken with us get their food?! I gave the service a 5 only because we truly felt sorry for the employees who were trying while your manager hid in the back until parents were angry their kids sat there for 3 hours to get cold food. Don't worry though we still took care of our servers...

We waited about 12 minutes before our server finally asked us for our drink order. Please keep in mind, they were not busy...like, not at all compared to other Applebee's restaurants I have visited. The entire 12 minutes we sat waiting for our server, the manager sat at a table across from us talking to another customer. He clearly could see we were getting antsy after multiple times making eye contact with us. The food was decent, but I don't recommend the mozzarella sticks. We did notice the windowsill was SUPER sticky and grumpy from built-up dirt from people leaning on them. The table had been wiped, but was SUPER sticky and still had crusted chunks of...salsa, I can only assume. After we had some dirty dishes from our appetizer and my salad, we set them on the edge of the table to be taken. However, our server and other servers walked past it MULTIPLE times, looked at the empty dishes, and none of them pre-bussed the table! It took the manager finally coming over to get our table pre-bussed. Lastly, before we left I had accidentally spilled my water glass all over myself. Our server stood by the kitchen and just watched, and another server walked past us, but didn't offer a towel or napkins. We had to ask her for something to wipe up the water. Our server still didn't come over, and after a few minutes, the other server finally brought over some napkins. However, neither server or even the manager came over to offer assistance in cleaning up the water. Yes, I know, I spilled my water, and it's my mess. But, after having many years as a server myself, I would NEVER have just stood there watching while my guests cleaned up a mess in my restaurant. No matter if it was there mess or not. I have to say the only reason for the amount of stars this Applebee's was given has to be for the food (except the...
