Guido's Premium Pizza Novi — Restaurant in Novi

I would like to file a complaint on the male worker that was working from 11 AM until past 3 PM today (8/1/23) This worker refused to provide service to Sams Club when we were prepared to place a humongous order for our Associates.. we called the store around 11 AM and requested for delivery. We were asked our name we told them "Sams Club" which we have done in the past by us when doing this for our Associates. We are not always sure exactly who will be able to pick up or sign for the order, considering it might be any one of our salaried managers.. the guidos associate that took the call was so extremely rude and when asked to talk to a store manager he then placed the call on hold and never returned to the call when we called back we were hung up on twice, causing us not able to place the order for our associates because of the inconvenience with ordering over the phone we then had another manager go into the store directly to try to place the order and the worker than refused Sam's Club service and walked away from the counter. He refused to give us his name and was extremely upset...Sams Club has done quite a few huge order with Guidos in Novi, and we in the past loved our relationship however this situation will highly reflect future orders placed by us we are hoping that this is not the end and that we can get this resolved ASAP. Absolutely terrible customer service. Extremely rude whether they’re busy or not. I’ve gone when no one else is there and one specific guy rolled his eyes and walked off when I apologized for not knowing that door dash sends us too early to pick up orders. The same man was incredibly rude to an elderly male dasher on my second visit. He may have told you the name already, but that’s no reason to treat an elderly man that way. Tell him it will be up shortly instead of ignoring him in front of your other customers. And before the restaurant comments unprofessionally like last time, the first time I was there the restaurant was completely empty and this guy was such a jerk I dropped the order because I refused to even continue dealing with him. The second time it was busy, but he clearly can’t handle customer service during busy times because again he was extremely RUDE. I won’t even accept another order from this place let alone spend my money here. I have no problem waiting patiently. This evening I went to pick up an order for a DoorDash and the “gentleman “ was extremely rude. I completely understand when you are busy and behind however there is no reason to have a bad attitude and poor manners towards anyone that visits your establishment under any circumstances. I asked him his name so that I can address the issue with a manager come tomorrow morning however he just walked away without giving it to me. I personally will not order from this establishment ever . In response to owner thank you for responding to my review it shows that you at least take reviews serious enough to respond to. However not what actually happens at the store. That is not what happened however the warped sense of timing tells me that you are the one I had the pleasure of dealing with.
