Joe's Coffee & Tea Cafe — Restaurant in Novi

I have been going to Joe's Coffee for about 2-3 years now and truly love the cafe! The coffee is delicious and there are so many customizations for your drink. The prices are so good compared to other cafes I have visited, I never regret spending money here. Joe and Ben are absolutely amazing too, you can always expect to feel welcomed and see a friendly face when you see those two working! Unfortunately, I will say during my most recent visit there was a new blonde employee that made me feel almost unwelcomed. As soon as I walked up to the cash register she just seemed to be very annoyed and not very friendly before I could even place my order. I am so happy that I found this place! It’s very hard to find a coffee shop that serves organic coffee. Not only is it organic, it’s incredible! The house blend, Joe’s Selection is so delicious! everything is organic, even the espresso. I just had the best plain oat milk latte. I don’t add any sweet stuff so that is the test and they passed with flying colors! The food is also incredibly healthy and absolutely delicious! So far, I love the tuna salad on spinach and the tuna salad croissant. The baklava was wonderful and I just tried the famous Dubai chocolate. A little pricey, but worth it with every bite. Cute cafe. I was excited to try their coffee beans, as it's difficult to find quality whole bean coffee locally. Tried their Ethiopia and it's awful. I'll continue ordering our beans from a small shop in FL on their monthly discount day. Update added after owner's rude reply: I didn't say I visited the cafe today. I bought the beans a couple weeks ago and have ground and brewed them about 5 times. See photo of bag in use. While I was willing to drink this coffee, my husband refuses, so I'll toss it out and buy from somewhere else. I was willing to stop in and try a cappuccino or Americano, but not after that reply.
