Dunkin' — Restaurant in Nutley

Stop by this place on my way to work to buy a Christmas giftcard and was told since my charge exceed the amout of $25 I had tp provide ID. Okay no problem at all, but then when the employee said she also needed to write down my address I thought it was too much. I said: nevermind give my credicard and DL back, there are thousands of DD everywhere and I'll just give my business to another one. Then the employees says: "Honey, I'm not going to show up at your house it's just management rules" So I replied back: Excuse but I am NOT your honey, I am a customer that does not feel comfortable with this situation. It's 21st Century most people pays everything with creditcard. Sounds to me your manager has no experience should educate himself on how to run a business. I can't believe all of this for a $35 credicard charge....

Nice staff and very clean. My only complaint is with ordering on the go. I order on the app a few times a week so I can grab it on the way to work. Lately it's never ready when I get there (around 10 minutes after ordering), so I stand there waiting for several minutes while they take care of people who walk in to order - even if they walk in after me - and there are never THAT many people on line. There are generally at least three employees behind the counter. I wish one person could be dedicated to checking on the to go orders so they'd be there when I come in, which is supposed to be the point of the service. They are always polite and apologetic when I finally get my order, but it's really not their fault. Management needs to look closer at the way staff assignments...

I came in today 8/18/21 and there was an extremely long wait. There was a new worker who was taking all the orders, making drinks and food all by himself. I felt so bad for this worker because he looked so stressed out, I know it’s not his fault that the wait was long, but this location needs to be aware that they are severely understaffed. It’s not okay to leave a new worker to be handling all of this alone. I appreciate how nice he was and the customers were mostly understanding. However, his co-workers were extremely rude when they eventually came out, the women was practically yelling at him for not knowing what to do, even though he was a new employee. Learn to treat...
