Not sure why others have said negative things about this place, but the food has been so good to me that I've gone back 5 times and even taken friends here.
What I have personally tried: *Thai style huli huli chicken: this was absolutely wonderful, it was the special for the day and it was moist and went well in the spicy sauce they offered along wirh the sweet and tangy one. Went for the sticky rice for the side! *Nam Tok: perfect seasoning, had to attempt to make it myself but it just doesn't compare to here. I like to order this spicy. I've ordered this a second time because it was that good. *Kana moo Krab: Out of everything I have tried this one might be my least favorite just because the meat is a little more tough. That does not take away that it was still good. The chinese broccoli was also still nice and crunchy and not overcooked. *Basil fried rice with pork: Ate this along with the Nam Tok the first time I ordered it and it is very flavorful and filling. *Fried spring rolls: I originally ordered this for the table but they were so good I ate most of them. Very hot and the sauce you dip it in pairs perfectly. *Okinawa sweet potato lumpia: paired with the condensed milk and chocolate sauces, it was fried to crispy perfection and was delicious. *Boat noodles: ordered this with beef and extra tendon to go. They even packed all the sides in case I wanted to make it spicy. The ong choy and bean sprouts were nice and crunchy while the broth was very flavorful. Would definitely order again but want to try more dishes! *Thai tea: my friend and I both are sure to order this whenever we stopped by and whenever we ordered to go, would have to stop ourselves from finishing it too quickly before we got our order.
What my friends have ordered that I got to try a bit of: *Chicken pad thai: one of the best pad thai I have had. My friend said it was on par with her favorite pad thai back...
Read moreThis place has a lot of work to do… $18 for pad Thai tofu. Barely any sauce on the noodles, meal was extremely dry and over the phone I asked what vegetables went on it and asked if carrots. I also asked for peanut sauce. When I get there I was terribly disappointed. Over the phone they told me different things than in person. No carrots with the pad Thai and no peanut sauce in the restaurant. How are you a Thai food place with no summer rolls or peanut sauce? Took a bite of the pad Thai and it was soooooo dry. Asked if there was any sauce that could be on it to make it less dry. They said no sorry nothing we can do. Customer service poor, food poorer. Save your money and go eat at the other two Thai restaurants...
Read moreRestaurant was clean and the service was good. But like others have mentioned the food was lacking flavor. I rate it 2.5 stars round up to 3. The herb grilled chicken was very dry and so was the fried chicken thighs which tasted old possibly refried. The yellow curry was very bland to my surprise because it glowed a very bright almost synthetic yellow. The Thai tea wasn’t quite right and had almost no sweetness to it. On the plus side the crab fried rice was delicious and is the only thing I would consider ordering from there again. The price to portion size is a bit on the higher side. Compared to other Thai restaurants it’s a little less than double the price...
