Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Hawaii

So I head over to this Popeyes and order my food thru the drive though pull up to the window and pay. The lady at the register takes my card swipes and returns for me to sign. I look in the bag to check my food as I always do and dont see the fries or sauces I asked for. She comes to the window and says is something wrong and I said yes I don't see the fries or sauces. She says did you pay for it? I'm now very puzzled like why would I ask for it if I didnt pay for it. Since I'm a service member who was in uniform I asked I politely said Yes I did. She responded is it on the receipt. I replied yes. Can I see your receipt? (As if I lied about it). She then says can I see your bag. At this point I'm appalled. She takes the food fiddles with the box and says its in there and hands me all of it back. The truth is, it was in the box but I never expected them to smash in the box my 5 tenders with fries, sauces and honey all in the same box. When she returned to the window she handed me the bag back as though I was trying to get over on Popeyes and I drove off. A few minutes later the food smelled so good and I could figure out why. i love the food here but the service is really hit or miss. During any busy time for them, it's usually a miss for me. Upon our last visit, there was already a car pulled off to the side and we were told to wait next door in the tacobell parking lot... that was weird, never had to do that before but whatever, we go there and wait. 5 mins goes by, the drive thru is moving and clearing out. 10 mins and many vehicles later, we still have no food so my partner has to leave the car to go inside of the restaurant to check on our food. Come to find out that the ticket for our food hasn't been touched and he had been forgotten about. Great. By this time my partner is really mad and only then does someone finally fulfill our order (you could see someone in the back rushing around to put together or food). All together, it took us a little more than 20 mins to get our food. All the popeyes on Island have great service, but Pearl City location is just AWESOME all around. The workers are friendly, service is always 100%, the dinning area is always clean food is always hot, food packing is neat and wait times are not even a wait at all. Someone always greets you when you enter, rather it be the cashier, the cook, or a worker on their lunch. One person in particular that stands out is a super friendly kind lady. Her name is Karen. Every single time and I mean every single time because I visit the Pearl City location a lot she is always smiling and in a great mood. Always multitasking and getting orders out proficiently.
