Not once in my life have a gave a place a one star review. Any bad experience at an establishment I've had I just never went to again but this experience has me more aggravated than any other. I ordered through the app pretty late (around 3 a.m). My order was confirmed and I was sent the Digital receipt with an order number and the address of which jack in the box I ordered from. I get to the drive thru and tell them my name and that it's a mobile order. The first thing they to me after I tell is "No", that's it. I ask them what are you talking about? Which they reply your name isn't on my screen. I'm like okay well I have a confirmation number with a digital receipt that shows I've been charged so can I just show you that? She was extremely adamant that none of that mattered and that she can't do anything about it after I asked twice. This happened Oct. 20 at 3. A.m so if the owner sees this, all I'm asking is someone talk to the worker who working that shift. I've worked in fast food before so I understand it's a difficult job dealing with customers so I was trying to be as nice about it as I could but she was giving me attitude all because I was trying to explain to her that I paid for the food already. She honestly seemed like she wasn't trained well which isn't her fault. I'm gonna come back tomorrow and ask for the food or a refund so I'm hoping I can at the very least get that.
Update: I went back the next day and they were much nicer about things and made my food. I'm gonna bump up the review to 3 stars but I still think they need...
   Read moreI only gave a 1 star bc of the morning manager that assisted me the first time they messed up on a party order. Other than that it would be zero stars thats what this rating would be. I dont even know which visit to begin. Too many visits to this location, that i stopped giving them the benefit of the doubt. My last draw was when i went to get breakfast for my family and asked them to please have the hash browns fresh, since the last time We requested and it wasn't. It tasted like it was sitting there for at least a good hr or so. It wasn't hot nor warm. Breakfast cheese not melted at all, so that only tells me my meat was sitting on the side in an insert. Smh. Called the store but no answer. Called the salt lake location to talk to a manager that could possibly assist me in getting a number to corporate or someone i would be able to talk to, the shift manager could not comprehend me asking for corporate number or a number where I could speak to someone about my order. Long story short, spoke to a Shalissa, she stated she was with corp ofc visiting and would be able to get their District Manager Aureen to give me call back. Its been over a month and I still did not receive a call back. Has not been back to this location since. And the whole time he was not listening, being absent from his ears to customer service. Before we left I checked to make sure we had everything we ordered. By the time we got home I learned my sour dough jack was just thrown together with not being toasted grilled as it has been for the past 20 plus years that I've been eating it. My hubby calls , asks for a manager, explains why we were upset. The female manager says its because their machine is being serviced. Well miss manager and jack in the box team that should be noted in drive through or front window so we know not what to order.
