Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hawaii

I order online using the app after checking online the business hours which say they close at 10pm. once i arrive there at 8:05 pm, the doors are locked and it takes me 4 attempts to get in touch with somebody after calling the store. Then they tell me their dining room closes at 8 pm instead of 10 pm but haven't updated their hours or have any business hours posted on the front door or window reflecting that. im told they are not "allowed" to open the doors after 8pm even for an online order and they are not able to cancel an order on their end, instead i have to call a 1 800 number to get in touch with somebody who can process a refund for me. mind you, the drive thru line is very long, well past popeyes and hardly moving. long story short, the manager/owners need to be held accountable for giving people inaccurate information and not doing their part in practicing good community service. i sat in that drive thru line after having to circle around the block for an...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Drove thru ordered my food they asked me if I was sure everything was correct on the screen that I specified assuming if I was wrong it's my fault because the SHOULD know what they ALL hear and look at on the screen.Obviously when I get my order thinking they made it correct....nope no sour cream so I park in the stall open the door they look at me while a employee standing at the counter doing something probably unnecessary at that very moment NEVER greets me or any of the other 4 workers that looked at me greets me standing there for at least 30-45 seconds with my Mexican pizza on the counter waiting for someone to put sour cream on when I actually get a chance to tell them. I LITERALLY GREETED MYSELF LOUDLY SAYING "HELLO WELCOME SOMETHING WRONG? CAN I HELP YOU" and replied to myself YUP YOU GUYS MESSED UP MY ORDER...

Ordering on the website was a bit of a pain. After finally accepting our credit card payment (rejected multiple attempts with no explanation why), the confirmation email states that it order wouldn't be put together until we arrived at the store. It would have been faster if we had just walked in! (Although I do understand the reasoning that if prepared ahead of time, crunchy tacos do not remain that way for long. But still...)
