We stumbled upon this place on a rainy day - we’d been out running errands and were starving. My husband and I went in for lunch and had the best experience! The service was superb! I believe it was the owner serving us and she was so sweet and kind, made us feel very welcome. The portions of the food so huge that we had more than enough to take home for dinner! Everything was delicious and good quality, really flavorful. We had the ribeye with linguine and the chicken saltimbocca and would order both again. My wife and I had lunch at my favorite restaurant (Catania) today for Father’s Day. The owners Andy and Linda are great and always make you feel like family. The food at Catania is the best Italian food on Oahu. I ordered one of my favorites (Chicken Marsala) and my wife ordered (Hot Antipasto) Absolutely delicious. The two giant chicken breast are so tender and filled with Marsala a mouth watering sauce that blends so well with the pasta and mushrooms. The Hot Antipasto is the best Antipasto you will ever taste. Added benefit is ordering a side of hot garlic bread and then dipping the garlic bread into the Antipasto sauce. Incredible!

I went there with my extended family to celebrate my cousin's birthday. We took a large section in the small restaurant, but they did a great job. Service was great, friendly staff and the food was very delicious. I was a little surprised on their pricing at first, but when our plates came, all of us were more than satisfied that the portion sizes were very generous which to me more than justified their slightly higher prices. They give maybe 1/4-1/3 more food than other similar Italian restaurants. So charging a few dollars more was appropriate. I'm a great eater, and I ate barely more than 1/2 of my plate.
