Visited twice. First time was a decent experience, did not make a purchase, and I was impressed by their stock of card storage products and their Pokemon stock was to be expected in today's market. But my experience today was incredibly disappointing. I waited till 12:15 for them to open and even though I saw employees and they saw me no one came down to assist me. I returned to my vehicle the first time, trying to be polite in case they were running behind with opening when the first employee saw me. But when I returned to my vehicle the last time they were gesturing towards me and laughing. If the employees here do not have the decency to take 10 seconds to talk to a customer on why they aren't open, even when said customer shouts "hello" 3 times AND THEN take the time to instead laugh as the customer walks away, I do not see any other reason on why I should return.
