Terrible customer service. Let's just start by saying I WAS a frequent customer here usually once a month. Last month on October 1st I ordered a Halohalo, not even half way through I find a hair inside. Called the store they offered to make me a new one in which I said I was at my son's game and I'd TRY to come back after. I even told them I took a picture as proof in which she responded "no need" just come in and give my name. Gave the worker my info and that was that. Stopped in tonight November 4th and they said "oh do you have a picture?" Luckily I did! But the worker was giving me a hard time like she didn't believe me and said she would have to call the owner. Dave, not sure who you had working this Friday but the service was absolutely horrible. We came because we saw the ratings but when we arrived the woman who was working there was less than hospitable. She spent more time screw facing me and my family than greeting us when we came in the door. My wife even said hi 👋 to her and she glared at us as if she wanted to fight. I wanted to know what the problem was but I instead opted just to leave. Sorry, I am not a tourist but when people talk about horrible experiences in Hawaii I didn't expect to have that at your shop.
