Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oʻahu

Sunday april 8 around 3:30pm we stop by and we order a pizza. We waited for 30 minutes for the pizza. There was only 2 more families waiting for their food. I don't know why they took so long to make just 1 pizza. I was really hungry and to make it worse there was a black hair on the pizza. I called the waitress/cashier. She said, I will tell my manager. The manager did not care. He wasn't worry because it took him 10-15 minutes to go to our table. Just to tell us he could make another pizza. I said no. I'm really hungry and I dont want to waited another 30 minutes. So we got a refund.

It was a worse experience ever. Please take care of this. Dont let this happen again. The manager...

Have visited this Pizza Hut several times… Never had the service that we had this time… The most horrible service we've ever experienced there… Was there for over 10 minutes before we even got drinks and had to get up and get them ourselves… Then when we ordered it took over 45 minutes to get an order of eight piece bone out wings… The tables were nasty… Hadn't been bussed.. Food in the floor… When we went to the manager with the complaint he didn't seem that all concerned… Like I said… We don't live far from this Pizza Hut have came here and eaten several times over the past years… Worst...

Great Service! I ordered online and after the transaction was completed, I noticed that my delivery address was inaccurate. I called the designated Pizza Hut location to notify them that about the correct address. The lady who answered was exceptional and very helpful in updating my online profile and reassuring me that my order would indeed be delivered to the correct address.
