Panda Express — Restaurant in Oʻahu

I ordered delivery on the website and somehow it switched me to pickup. I called the store and they canceled the order and suggested I re-order via tge website. Place my order. On about 5 minutes the panda guy calls me back. The driver just picked up my order. Yay, what service! 45 minutes later no delivery and I'm 7 minutes away. I call back. Get a woman who investigates. The Door Dash driver picked up my order then canceled it!!.

She calls door dash to see what's up and to get my order delivered. After a while, I call back. She's been on hold the whole time. Must be at least 40 minutes and no answer. It's been almost 3 hrs since my order. Really upset with door dash. But very impressed...

Only our 3rd time @kailua location; We admit being slow in deciding, but, the counter help became impatient with us and excused herself and allowed someone else finish our order. It was not busy ,no one was behind us,so we weren't holding up the line. Sorry, it was not a 5 star experience. The cuisine was delicious. We will probably be back to Panda Express, so hopefully who we encounter on the servers line will have a pleasant...

You always get what you paid for and the money fits the plate...well worth the price..the food tops the charts .......!!!!!! It would be nice to have different options instead of always chicken for a change but I'm not complaining 😋 I love the food. Employees are friendly and I like that they round up your total purchase to the dollar to support Kapiolani Medical Center for Children...shows so much about what type of business...
