this is the worst of worst Starbucks I've ever went worldwide, including Korea, the US, Canada, Europe, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, etc. I ordered one tall brewed coffee and one grande coffee, but only got one tall brewed coffee. After the staff noticed that I didn't get what I ordered (about 20 minutes after, and nobody else was waiting) the staff gave me a tall brewed coffee (which was supposed to be a grande). the worst experience in Hawaii and the worst experience with Starbucks. Worst of the worst. Employee appear not trained adequately, nor helped by others while preparing drinks. Grande frapaccino was half-full. Tasteless. No one in line ordering, but took 15 min to prepare the drinks ordered. Will NOT visit again. Note: our attempt to secure a refund starting with the manager of the local shop and through the Starbucks corporate ladder resulted in a failure. Love this Starbucks at Ko Olina! It’s perfectly located right in the middle of the resort—so convenient for a quick coffee fix between meetings or while on the go. Plenty of parking on the premises, and the team here is always friendly, fast, and welcoming. Service is consistently spectacular!
